Exchanged a power base and was told delivery team will remove the first base when they drop off the new one. My order has resulted in weeks of rescheduling, repeated errors, and direct financial losses, not to mention emotional distress and irreparable damage to my professional commitments. After 4 separate scheduling attempts, the base was finally picked up on the 5th reschedule but only after weeks of frustration, miscommunication, and total disregard for my availability. Despite clearly stating July 17th was not a suitable date for delivery, this date was selected twice without my approval. I explicitly communicated my unavailability, yet their delivery department proceeded to insist on scheduling for that exact day. As a direct result of this disregard for my schedule, I was forced to cancel another day of work. This situation was entirely avoidable. Over the past month, I had to change my schedule multiple times, lost wages, & more significantly, lost trust and reliability with clients who depended on me. I now face damaged professional relationships because I couldn’t honor my commitments—all b/c of Ashley’s repeated failure to follow through. The store said I had to return the base whereas the customer care agent said I could do what I want since they have no use for it. It clearly shows one department doesn't know company policy.
The repetition of mistakes shows a clear lack of care, accountability, and respect for me as a customer. My trust is gone with this company. Zero accountability as each department put the blame on each other.

I ordered a couch and chair in May of 2025. Was told it would be here June 4 2025. It is now July 13 2025 with no expected delivery. I have tried to contact customer service and can’t speak to anyone, I have opened tickets with customer support and it just immediately gets closed with no response. I also had a credit account years ago, and they told me it was closed so I need to reapply so I did and then got denied only to find out it was because it thinks I already had an account so I paid in full the day I purchased it. It’s now been two months since I paid and have no idea when I’m getting my furniture. If they actually communicated and their customer service was responsive then I wouldn’t be as frustrated, or if they take a portion of payment and then the rest when you actually get the furniture.

0 star rating! I purchased a sectional in March/April 2024 and discovered that the charging ports do not work. I called right away and they sent someone out to look at them and they said someone would be in touch to order the parts. No one called me so I followed up. They told me the parts would be ordered but it took several emails back and forth and then I received some strange parts in the mail. The return address was in Japanese. The parts don't even look at all what my replacements should be. They look like remote controls for a hospital bed or something. It is now JUNE 2025 and I still do not have the parts. You cannot get a live person when you call their number. You just get the runaround with numerous automated messages. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! They must train their employees to avoid the customer and maybe we'll go away. Not happening!! I want my sectional to work the way it's supposed to. This has been the worst experience.

We purchased a chair. They would not take the chair upstairs even though they told us the chair could be taken apart to get it up the stairs. We were also told that the chair was brand new and it came with an as is sign on it when they brought it for delivery. It was a floor display model. After two attempts to have the chair delivered we could not get in touch with the store. Multiple messages were left since no one ever answers the phone. We never received a call back. We are currently still trying to resolve.

My experience with sales rep Cheick and "store manager Logan" in April was beyond frustrating. I had a store credit from a previous warranty and was looking for an affordable sofa. I walked into the store, showed the sales rep the sofa I wanted from Ashley’s website, and he sold it to me at the advertised price, applying my store credit and an additional discount.

Weeks later, when the sofa was delivered, it was missing the seat cushions and armrests. The sales rep admitted he had mistakenly ordered only one of the two boxes the sofa came in (though at no point in the fulfillment process did anyone question why someone would buy half of a sofa). After several days of back-and-forth, I was told they could no longer honor my store credit nor the discount, and I’d need to pay an additional $172 to get the rest of the sofa. I explained that this was over my budget and offered to return the $80 discount, but they refused.

When I asked for a refund, I was told I’d incur a 15% restocking fee, despite having waited over two weeks for a resolution. After several unsuccessful attempts to reach Logan, I filed a dispute with my credit card company. Two months later, I finally got my money back, but I can’t get back the time I lost dealing with this awful store. I understand that mistakes happen, but don't double down and punish your customer for it!

Bought a couch December of 2022 for my daughter. June of 2023, started a warranty repair request for 2 of the 3 pieces of the couch. It is now the end of May 2025 and the couch has still not been completely repaired. Very frustrating. Also, unable to speak to a supervisor on the phone about the situation. And now I’m being told by customer care that they can’t find the parts that we’ve been waiting on for months…again.

Morris Home Furniture has reviewed the customer’s account and has addressed the issues within the complaint. The parts have been reordered for this customer.

Horrible! Avoid this location. I would give them no stars if that was an option. We purchased a mattress from this location. We went to the location on 3/13/25 at 10am, a 45 minute drive, to discuss exchanging the firm mattress for a medium. We were informed that a manager or our sales associate wasn't available, and they would definitely call us that day. We waited until 3:00 and didn't receive a phone call. We called around 4 and was told again that the associate would be in touch before closing. No call. We called on 3/14/25 several times. Again, we were told that the sales associate would return our call later that day. No call. On 3/15/25, we called a few times to get no answer or to be told he would contact us. Finally, we spoke to a manager that told us that he had told the associate to call us, but he must have forgotten. We discussed our options for the mattress and were told to call back on 3/20 because that was the end of the 30 days trial period. On 3/20/25, We called again to be told there was no manager there to call later that evening. We called that evening to get no answer. I tried calling from my work phone and you guessed it, they answered. When the associate answered, and I asked for the manager, she started talking about our case without asking our name or order number. So, how did she know what we were calling about? My guess, they were screening our calls. I called another store to discuss the trial period. Now, we know how they are scamming people. We were informed that we purchased the mattress when it was on sale and to exchange it for the same mattress just a different firmness, we have to pay what is costs now, which is about 500.00 more. We were told that our 90 days would be up around Memorial Day and then they could sell us the mattress on sale. What sense does this make? I have tried reaching out to corporate and customer service.

Buyers beware! December had two couches delivered at our house. The end of December 2024, we had a rip in the back of our couch. I called to let them know. They came out, said they would order two backs for the couch, because there was two rips, in the seam. I called the service center, to ask when we would get our new backs for our couch. They told me they didn’t know. Now it is February 26th 2025, no new backs. They told me it’s on a boat, maybe be here in a month. DO NOT buy from Morris Furniture!!!????

Bought an AshleyFurniture Sectional in Feb 2022 for $1500, luckily - I say luckily with a grain of salt, also purchased the warranty. Within a few weeks, color began to change, frame then broke (there's only two of us - averaged sized adults) and we aren't home often enough at the same time to warrant this type of wear. Not even sure when/how the frame broke, but it felt like sitting on the floor. Contacted the insurance company about our warranty, a technician finally came out, and then we get notified that the insurance company approved an "entire" new sectional. Low and behold on delivery day, they only had 2/3 pieces of the sectional! Leaving two different heights on either side of the wedge. Along with 2/3 color of the sectional not even remotely close to the old side. The new sectional arm doesn't feel or look even remotely close to what we originally purchased. I'm really unsure how this was able to happen, selling such a terribly made product at that price. Contacting the store and insurance company provides no help. Will never buy another piece of furniture from here again.

Expensive, but not worth the quality. The warranty is a scam. They have a “no use no lose” policy. They do not tell you until after you file that it is prorated if you file a refund any day prior to the day of it being a five year warranty. My couch broke and I was given information to ask for a refund on the no use no lose so I could use the refund to fix the problem that they do not warrant. After two separate days on the phone, totaling about 2 hours, I am receiving $29.24 of my warranty after 4 years and 5 months of not needing it until a problem happened that is not under warranty bc a piece of my frame broke and they only cover rips and tears!!
      Total scam!!
