      I wish I could give them a ZERO star!
      7/22- Call store I purchased furniture at 2800 Brice Rd. Reynoldsburg, OH 43068 Spoke with the General Store Manager Asah said I need to call the warranty company to file a claim.
      7/22-Call the warranty company they state the issues I am having are not covered by the extended warranty and that they should be covered by the 1-year manufacturer warranty. That I need to call the store back and they will take care of it.
      7/25-I called back to speak with Asah the GM again tell him what is said and he says he cannot help me. Tells me to call the warranty company again. I explain to him what they said and he proceeds to yell at me telling me to the the “F” up. I hang up clearly upset. I call the warranty company back and tell them about Asah they create a service call and explain to me again that my issues are not covered. They tell me to call the store back and give them the service order.
      7/25-I call back to the store I speak with the assistant manager-Nadiie Dye who stated he would work with me and for me to contact SAW Enterprise to make the service appointment.
      7/25-I call and make an appointment with SAW to come out for service. The first available is on 9/5/22. I now wait for 9/5/22 to come. 8/23-I receive a phone call from SAW Enterprise who stated they needed to reschedule my appointment. I ask for the earliest appointment which was 9/7/22. I take and decide I will take the day off work to get them out and to get this situation taken care of.
      9/7- SAW comes out to my home. The tech named Kyle comes into the house I show him where the couch is and tell him to do what he needs to do. He sits on the couch ask me what my concerns are. I tell him the corner wedge to the sectional does not attach on both sides, and that the couch cushions are flat and look like I have had them for years. He agrees as he sits on the cushions and says they are very flat. He lifts up the cushions take a photo of the tag on the

      Purchased a sectional. We added an additional piece and paid for "white glove delivery". We received the sectional (love it) however the one power cord doesn't reach all pieces, so we are without power on a part of our sectional. We've called four times and it is frustrating to explain this multiple times and being questioned and no follow-up. We shouldn't have to keep calling and explain. And we are definitely not pleased if we have to wait 120 days for one to be ordered. Talk to us and make this right. How would you feel if this was your hard owned money have a family and can't have the entire sectional work as we paid. Do the right thing please. We will load this sectional up and bring it to the store and tell everyone do not purchase anything. Beyond frustrated

      Not good quality furniture. The couch they sold me was broken down within the first yr. They took my address that I gave them to deliver the couch. They've used it without my permission to continuously send me junk mail several times a week. I've called them several times asking them to stop. They promise they will, yet they never do. I got 2 more this week already. Im now sending all mail back to it's sender. If I could give them -stars I would!

      I'm not going to email this company. Once they have my email they may send more junk mail. They have my other information needed to stop sending me this junk mail via usps! Im not sure what the problem us?

      Poor customer service. I ordered a motor for my recliner 10/21 and to date, no motor, no response from Morris and not refund. I will not do business with Morris furniture again.

      I ordered Furniture in December 2021 and expected delivery in April. With no proactive communication the delivery was pushed back and then again and again. July came up and still not all the furniture was ready to be delivered $7000 in funiture. I decided to cancel all but out table and chairs and a TV stand. It was delivered 7/13 both items were damaged. I decided to return the TV stand wife would not let me return the table but instead asked Morris to Replace it. Replacement has now been pushed back twice and expectes delivery is over a month past initial delivery. I would not recommend Morris Ashley Home Store to anyone ever.

      Morris furniture is all good with service, communication and follow-up until they have your money.. not so much afterwards!!! Additionally, any outdoor furniture extended care programs do not Include weather or acts-of-God incidents, which is ridiculous! What other kind of incident would damage your patio/deck furniture?!? Buyer beware on all fronts! You will be sadly disappointed if
      you purchase furniture from this store!!!
