"I strongly advise against doing business with this company. I recently applied for a car refinancing, but unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. Despite providing all my personal identification documents, including my ID and social security number, the company did not bother to verify my credit score. Instead, they asked for unnecessary documentation that I had never been asked for before. I felt that they lacked empathy and did not make any effort to understand my situation, ultimately leaving me feeling frustrated and let down."

It is always our goal to give a loan when we can and provide excellent service throughout the process. We strive to build relationships to meet our members' financial needs not only today but also in the future. However, there are document requirements before we can even reach the point of underwriting and reviewing credit history for a loan. The lender from which you want to move your auto loan from has a history of predatory lending practices and faces several lawsuits by consumers. It's our assumption that they did not/do not follow the same guidelines that AurGroup and other lenders do. We are happy to continue this loan application process with you if you provide the documentation we are requesting. Please contact us if you wish to do so.
