      After more than a year of searching for and researching custom wood kitchen tables, my wife and I purchased a very nice wood kitchen table and chairs from Furniture Fair. Table and chairs are beautiful, but several salespeople misled us during the buying process us by telling us that the coating that was put on the table would prevent scratching and that a plate being scooted across the table would not scratch it, but those things were not true. Within a month of having the table, the table top was scratched. We contacted the store and spoke with the store manager and nothing was done to help us resolve the issue. We were told that if we wanted to get it fixed, we would have to pay for shipping as well as the repair.Another family member purchased a similar kitchen table from this same store and was told the same thing about the coating being able to protect from scratching and their table scratched as well If anyone is thinking of buying one of these tables, please know that it will either get scratched very quickly or you will have to cover this very nice table in order to keep it from getting scratched.

      Recently I was looking for a new couch, problem is I wanted a specific style that didn't really fit into the space I wanted it to. The salesperson at Furniture Fair were very helpful and took the time to look at different manufactures that could customize the couch I wanted in the space I had and for a reasonable price. Now I just have to be patient for it to arrive. Thanks for all the help!

      We had a wonderful experience purchasing several rooms of furniture from Furniture Fair. Two things really stood out. First, we couldn’t decide on a dining table and chairs, but after finding a picture of what we wanted, the salesperson went above and beyond to locate and order the exact set for us. I was thrilled with how Furniture Fair worked to make it happen!
      Second, when it came to our sectional sofa, we took some time to decide on the right color. The salesperson was incredibly patient throughout the process, which made the experience much more enjoyable. In the end, we found the perfect material that fits both our lifestyle and décor, and we love how seamlessly it complements our home.
      I will definitely shop at Furniture Fair again!

      I had the best experience with Furniture Fair!! The selection they have is amazing! The showroom is beautiful and so clean. My salesman Derrick was great to work with. He is very professional and very knowledgeable on all the furniture. The delivery drivers were so pleasant and very careful when placing the couch. I will be returning for all my furniture needs! I would recommend Furniture Fair to all my friends and family!

      I went to the Cold Springs store and was greeted by Tiffanie. I went looking for a new dining room table. We looked at a few, none that really had the design I was looking for. After explaining what I have now and showing some pictures and that id like to get a new one similar to what I have, Tiffanie showed me the ********* table which was a bit above my price range but absolutely beautiful. After she worked with me, I was able to get financing and the table I wanted. The experience I had shopping there couldn't have been any better. Tiffanie was very knowledgeable at what was available and when i could have the item in my home. She was very patient and willing to give me the time I needed to decide what I wanted. I didn't feel pressured into buying something that I was unsure of. I will definitely be back when I need something else.
