      The easiest part was making the purchase of not one, but two **** Chairs that swivel from the Taylorsville Road location. We purchased the first chair in July When we got the first chair into our home we noticed the back had an obvious slope but we did like it enough to want another in the same material. When we went in to order the second chair (just two days after getting the first) we told our salesperson about the slope across the back of the chair so he contacted their service department who sent a technician out. He agreed it needed to be reconstructed or returned. It was picked up and returned to our home three times with no changes made. So that final time we sent it back and it still sits in their warehouse awaiting resolution. They called us a week after that final return saying the slope was within variance so they could offer a store credit or 50.00 per chair and we get the chair back as is. So I went back to the store and the final decision at that visit was that they would order us a new chair and whichever one was better we could have. Perfect! Thats what we wanted, just order us a new chair! Another week and a half passed and we got another call again saying they cant order us the chair but they can offer us 50.00 per chair and we get the chair back as is. I guess they didnt trust that **** Chair could make an adequate chair and theyd have two chairs on their hands. Our second chair in the meantime was delivered and is a perfectly straight chair as one would expect when buying a new chair. At that time we contacted **** Chair but have had difficulty receiving any help or answer from them as of this date. Wish we had read other customers comments before purchasing from Furniture Fair. It seems delay is the tactic.

      Whats on my mind? Crappy couch from #FurnitureFair ! Thanks for selling me a crappie couch that is made out of even crappier fabric that started balling up within weeks of purchasing it. Was told I cannot return it, nor get a refund! Was told they would send a tech out on September 1, 2023 to look at it. I stayed home and lost $200.00 not working that day! Was supposed to be at my apartment by 12:00 and got a call he wouldnt be here, he would be here in one week. Next week no call and no show! I missed another $200.00 work ! The following week I get a tag on my door from furniture fair saying sorry we missed you! Ya, I guess you did! ?I clean homes for a living and waited 12 years to buy a couch! I work very hard for what I have and do not live in $1 million home! I live in a one bedroom apartment in which I take a lot of pride in the fact that I work very hard to maintain everything I have! Shame on the two of you ! If youre dad was still running furniture, fair, this would have never happen! I have several pieces of furniture in my apartment that I have had for a while. It was good quality furniture when your dad ran furniture fair. You have ran his stores down hill and selling junk ?to hard working people who where loyal to you! I had to buy a ugly couch cover for the couch I worked very hard for because the fabric balls up and gets all over my clothes! Not to mention the fabric is disconnecting from the frame in three months ! First pictures are of the couch I bought , the cover to put over it and last picture is my **** couch I have hade for 12, yes 12 years!!!!I live by myself and have no animals, my grand children come over occasionally, but take their shoes off and do not eat on my couch! If I can make a $400 **** couch last 12 years , why cant $1000 couch last three months? Never will I ever buy anything from furniture repair again after buying furniture from them for 35 years!

      Awful experience. Within three weeks our $2500 couch broke. They closed down in Bendigo and said we needed to bring the couch to Shepparton. A huge couch. They told us we had 13 months warranty and that they would fix any issues and within Bendigo. Now expecting us to drive 1.5 hours to drop off a massive recliner. I’ve emailed several times and asked to speak to a manager they won’t reply.

      I bought a recliner on June 24, 2023. It was on sale. To me that does not matter. The manual level on the side broke just 3 weeks after purchase. I bought the warranty but they want pictures of the broken item invoice and warranty. The warranty has not even been sent to me yet. Say's I will receive 45 to 60 days after purchase. The chair is barely 4 weeks old and it broke 3 weeks after purchase. Called furniture Fair and spoke to manager said he would get back to on 7/26, have not received a call back. This store does not stand behind their products. Very unprofessional that the manager has not called me back. Recliner should not have broken after 3 weeks of purchase.

      Do not buy from this furniture company. I bought a king size bed from here that cost $1,800. I had them delivery and install it. I later had to take apart the bed because screws were falling out. When I took it apart I found that the installers didn't screw in all the screws. I found that some areas that needed 4 screws only had 1. All my middle pieces that support the middle of my bed were not even screwed in. My bed is now broken and they will not help me fix this or replace it. To have ******* ******* name attached to this company is a disgrace.

      I will never purchase anything from Furniture Fair again. The couch I purchased had a “manufacturer”defect according FF. Shortly after the purchase the seam in the cushion back pulled out. They have sent a repair person twice, to replace the fabric. Even though the repair person stated to FF and me that this will not fix the problem,
      Female from their corporate office contacted me to reschedule, for the third time,. She was very short with me when I questioned this, stating to me, rudely,” well, you’ve had the couch since 2021”. I replied “I am aware because that is how long I have been trying to get the issue resolved.” She said she was just calling to let me know they will be calling me in about 3 weeks to reschedule the repair, this time bringing a piece of foam with the fabric. They refuse to replace it for me…. If you are looking for a company that stands behind the product they sell and or concerns themself with providing good customer service/satisfaction, or expect that a couch that is rarely sat on would last more than 2 years, look elsewhere!

      I bought 2 recliners and a sofa. It was well over $3000.00 in sales for this furniture. This recliner is not even 2 yrs old and a spring came off. Called talked to George and he said it only had a one year warranty and if I had somebody come out it would cost me $75.00 or I can take a picture of it and send it to the manafacturer. No gurantee they would stand behind it. This is the worst customer service experience. I will not be back and word of mouth travels fast.

      Would put 0 stars but was not an option. We paid $2,000 in cash and $1,098 on our bank card for a new bed. We were told we would be contacted with a delivery date within the week. They called and told us it would be a month before it was delivered to their warehouse, and they would call on the 29th of November to schedule a delivery date and keep us informed. 5 days after said date, we had to contact them. Just to be told that it would be another month before it would even be delivered to their warehouse, and once again they would contact us for delivery scheduling. Unless we wanted to take a lesser model missing some key features for the same price. Which in my opinion is ridiculous. Then after another 5 days past the date we were told we would be contacted, we had to call them again. At this point we were told it should be another week. So we told them we wanted our money back. Apparently the manager was too busy to be bothered to come to the phone, so we called corporate. They instructed us that a refund was fine and they would be able to give us our account money credited back, but also would give us our cash back out of the till. When we arrived for our refund, they told us they could have one there today! After all that it was available today! So we said no thank you and wished for the refund instead. They then proceeded to tell me there will not be giving us our cash but a check. I said that corporate told us we would get our cash. They said corporate was wrong it would be a check, and we either had to drive 45 minutes away or wait a week to get it. Worst experience ever in retail, terrible communication and customer service. I would recommend that no one take their business there. They do not respect their customers, or have any honor in their business practices or how they treat people.

      We bought two accent chairs in 2018. The fabric balled so bad they looked horrible. We did not buy the warranty.
      In August 2022 we bought two more accent chairs with the warranty. Upon delivery of the two chairs we noticed the leg on one of the chairs were broken. The delivery people said we will return chair to be repaired. Which they did and redelivered the chair one week later.
      Upon delivery of the chair we noticed a big chunk of wood missing on a different leg than the one that was repaired and an indentation in the fabric on the side chair. The delivery people (which were very professional and nice) said just keep the chair we will tell sales to order your a whole new chair.
      After waiting two days and not hearing a word from FF, I called the store. They told me I needed to talk to George in Customer Service. Well George does not know the meaning of customer service. He was so rude and arrogant. He offered me a $100.00 off just to keep the chair. He stated they were not making those chairs any longer. I ask can you just send me a new leg and give us a $100.00 discount for the damaged fabric on the chair. Again he replied in his rude and condescending way no he wouldn’t do that. So basically I told him to come get the chair and have it repaired and redeliver it after it has been fixed.
      This is absolutely ridiculous. If this is ever resolved, I will never buy another thing from FF and I will tell anyone who will listen not to buy anything.
      1. Replace George with a person who has people skills.
      2. Contact your fabric vendor and find out why the material you are using is balling.
      3. Please help me get this resolved and give me new chairs without deficits which what I pay for.
