5 starsI have used JACO for a few projects in the past. They always do a great job and a quick to respond for both estimates and the actual job. The work is top-notch and they stand by their work. 5 starsJaco Waterproofing installed an egress window in the basement of my home. They provided a free estimate and stood by the estimated cost. The work was performed on schedule. The Jaco and subcontractor personnel were professional, courteous, and respectful of my property. I was very satisfied with the installed window. As expected, the machinery used for this job damaged some of my yard. Jaco cleaned up the affected areas, including spreading grass seed and straw. Overall I was extremely pleased with my experience with Jaco Waterproofing and would recommend their services to anyone..Review fromJeff R

5 starsJaco's crew arrived as scheduled to raise a settled retaining wall. They ran into some unforeseen problems with the work area, but were able to provide more manpower and equipment with very little delay in the schedule. I felt the additional cost for manpower and equipment was reasonable and fair. The work was performed professionally with attention given to their surroundings, so nothing was damaged. 5 starsJACO saved my backyard project from being delayed any further. I needed an egress window well replaced due to poor workmanship from my builder 30 years ago-it worked but the cinderblock they used was laid in a crooked and uneven manner. We contracted with ********* to do the window well, but on the agreed date of installation which was 2 months later, they no showed. After playing phone tag with them, they ghosted me for 48 hrs and then said they were unable to do the project unless I had the window replaced by them with a 2500 increase in cost. Needless to say, We decided to get a new installer. I called JACO that evening and they were wonderful. Roger came out the next day and replaced the window well 2 weeks later. 5 starsWe have used Jaco Waterproofing on several occasions to address foundation and some water issues. They have always been professional, offering best suggestion to resolve water problems and have always done quality work. I have never had to call them back to correct any previous repair. Their pricing is fair and always exactly what they quoted. They show up on time as scheduled and complete work to satisfaction. Their employees are friendly, responsive, knowledgeable and they work hard. I highly recommend using Jaco for any foundation or waterproofing work. 4 starsIn February, my realtor had **** out to evaluate the problem with the house and to give an estimate for the repairs.I purchased the house in March.I did not call Jaco to come out to do the repairs, because the house needed many repairs and I had to prioritize an order of the repairs.Earlier this week, men showed up to do the work. I hadnt called to schedule a the company hadnt contacted me period.I contacted the office to find out why they were here, the office person wasnt helpful, so I got a copy of the paperwork and then called the office again. This time, the manager was there to assist the person who answered the phone.After we were on the same page and I agreed to go ahead and have the work done, the receptionist apologized for dropping the ball and also said my bad. I appreciated the apology, but my bad is slang that especially shouldnt be used in the office (in any business).
