    Everdry in Findlay Ohio is under new management. My first experience with Everdry in Findlay was not the best. To keep this short the new manager Jackson has really upped their quality and level of service. ****** and ****** who were sent out to do the work were very professional and did a great job. Unfortunately for Jackson when he took over, I was a unsatisfied customers he had to deal with. In all honesty I went from being unsatisfied and ready to write a nasty review. To writing a great review, because he held to his word and made up for the lack of quality and workmanship from previous management.

    Austin came right on time and looked at the problem. He was very polite and thorough. The work was completed efficiently and the area left very clean. He explained the problem and the corrections he made. I was very happy with all he did and trust that the problem has been solved. Thank you for the professional way you worked.
