Mellissa ***** a realtor at Coldwell Banker Realty in Dorchester came to my daughters home in Dorchester stating that she worked for Safeguard Properties , and ***** ***** ****, and they wanted her to do an occupancy check unannounced, Sunday 8/20/23 at 12noon,(what bank does business on a Sunday) . My daughters home is worth close to 900,000, and it was inherited from her grandparents, 12 years ago with just shy of 90,000.00 left. it is a 2 family victorian house of 5500 square feet with each of my daughters owning a side, and my grandchildren living on both sides. Why would she thinks the house was abandon with all the children and family members in/out. Mellissa just showed up and frightened them. Unfortunately for Mellissa, and ******** ****** ****** I own 4 large properties, that are close to 4.5 million worth, along with a generation of 250,000 annual rental revenue, and I help them manage their mortgage. And I will be pursuing damages against ******** ****** ******, Safeguard Properties, and ***** ****** for threatening them, and Mellissa for false representation, with the intent to defraud my children This Safeguard Properties LLC company is a scam perpetrated by ******** ****** ******, and of course supported covertly by ***** ***** **** that has no authorization to do anything new in Massachusetts because they were found guilty of defrauding thousands of Massachusetts home owners, by the Massachusetts Attorney General , and forced to payback millions to consumers We are an old account thats why we are stuck with them. Stay away from Coldwell Banker Realty, they are affilliated covertly with Safeguard Properties LLC , not to mention they are sharing your information with Safeguard Properties to try an steal your property, too bad Mellissa picked the wrong house, now it will be my turn to deal with these terrible realtors that are preying on young homeowners.Safeguard Properties, LLC

I inherited a house that had been refinanced by ****** ******** with the note still due. The place was uninhabitable and should have been condemned because the sewer line was collapsed among other things. I cleaned out 2 dumpsters full of junk and tried to negotiate with Rocket mortgage for a better deal on the pay-off because the place needed to be torn down. In the meanwhile, ****** ******** partners with these criminals and tacked on an extra $14,000 for property preservation. They preserved nothing, they made it so much worse. They're saying that the junk that their vendor filled the place with belongs to the property. The neighbors saw them unload the crap from a U-haul. The "vendor" than took pictures as though the stuff was already there. I have pictures of the place before I cleaned it out and it was no where near as bad as it is now. I asked a ****** ******** executive if she could justify a charge of $50 for putting numbers on the mailbox when all they did was tape up a piece of paper with numbers written in a ball point pen. They didn't even use a sharpie so you still can't see the numbers, lol. That's just one of many examples of what I consider to be absolutely fraudulent billing. There were some things missing as well, like a large screen TV. I don't really care because it's hard to get those things recycled so I hope whoever took it enjoys it. Ofcourse ****** ******** continues to give me the run around and refers me to this company's compliant department. They were absolutely useless, denied that there was any problem and scolded me as though I was the problem. If they had actually preserved the property in the condition that they found it, there wouldn't have been a problem. If they had any intelligence they would have recognized that the house deserved to be condemned and torn down. If they had any ethics they wouldn't have billed for work that was never done. Where's the pictures of the reglazed windows, for instance? Better double check that!!Safeguard Properties, LLC

All I can say at this point is that your canned response is extremely unhelpful, but you already know that. It will only cost $10,000 to tear the building down which is a much better value than the disservice you've provided.Review fromKenneth M

1 starThey broke into my home, stole my personal belongings including my deceased fathers heirlooms. Filed a police report, contacted them to make a complaint, received emails saying they will get back with me in my claim. They are totally ignoring me now. They will be sorry when I visit the corporate office and find the persons responsible.Review fromElizama B

This company is a scam. They are trespassing properties, claiming that the property is under their name. They place a sticker in our front door claiming that the house was vacant; we called to let them know the house was not vacant. They broke in to our property on 03/25/2023, they broke our lock change our locks for other locks. They winterized our house, without any permission. We opened a policy investigation. We will be taking legal actions, because this company should not be in business. They are robbing peoples houses claiming they are a mortgage company.Safeguard Properties, LLC

This company is a total scam along with the mortgage companies they work for. I was charged $10,000 for water removal on a house that had holes in the floor. On top of $4,000 for a chain link fence they got from FEMA for free, lied about repairing the roof and the list goes on. They may feel as if their getting away with these bogus numbers and messing over people but Karma is real the business might boom but the family will fail and to me that means more than the money. Don’t send me a long drawn out response because Rushmore and Safeguard are full of S#%^. I’m good though I’m praying on and not for the family of these Money Sucking Companies.Safeguard Properties, LLC
