      I have ordered and even recommended this company in the past, while even though slower due to small business and made to order, the items always arrived high quality and timely. I ordered a special sale item that was to ship the weekend of 4/18/24. Shipping label was created 4/23/34 and no updates since. I’ve reached out kindly via two emails and an instagram message without any response. I know the company is active as they’ve had 1-2 collections and post since my order. I now see the company has this history and will not work with BBB to resolve. I’ve filed a complaint with PayPal and will hopefully receive my items, or if needed, a refund! Very disappointed in the customer service and unless it is made right, I won’t be ordering or recommending any longer.

      I've ordered from Ohio Clothing several times without any issues but I will never order from them again because they have THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.
      I ordered 2 shirts 2/14/24 and the shipping information as of 4/1/24 still says "Pre-Shipment – Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item".
      Their only means of contact information on the website is an email and even after emailing 3 times about my order (as well as messaging them on instagram) I've received nothing but SILENCE!
      I can understand it being a small business but to just completely rip off your customers without even replying to something simple like an email is ridiculous. I'll never order from here again.
      They also blocked me on instagram for simply inquiring about my order.

      I wish I would have looked at these reviews before spending my hard earned money on the product I never received. My item was promised to be delivered on 9/9. I never received a shipping notification and emailed them. They did reply and promised that it would be sent out by the end of the week. It never shipped. I emailed back with no response. They then sent out a mass email saying they were behind but again promised that it would be shipped by the end of the week. I emailed back saying I still wanted my order and heard nothing back. I have filed a claim with PayPal. Thank God I used that for payment. This place needs shut down and honestly they should be criminally charged for scamming everyone! A disgrace to the Ohio name!

      Zero customer service. The company is constantly posting on their social media, but will give no response at all to any questions or concerns sent via email or direct message.
      I magically received my order, 2 months after the order was placed, and after 4 unanswered emails. They sent out an email to their mailing list addressing how long it was taking for orders to ship, and said “we promise to completely refund your order if your tracking information is not updated my Friday, March 3rd”. Was my shipping info updated on that date? Nope. Did I receive a refund? Nope.
      I sent one final email requesting to please respond to be before I file a dispute on my credit card….and magically, still without a response, my package appears with sideways prints on the hoodies, the next morning!
      Whoever is running this company will not be around for long with this type of disregard for their customers, complete and total lack of customer service, and blatant disrespect to their customers and their hard-earned money spent on their products. Everything is just handled horribly, or not handled at all. Extremely unprofessional and rude. Definitely will not be purchasing anything from them again. My opinion could be completely different if they could have just taken 2 minutes of their time to maybe not post stupid content on their instagram stories, and respond to an email from a customer. The company can block whomever they would like on their social media, but word of mouth travels fast! Be a good person, and do the right thing. Running a business any other way isn’t going to work out for you in the long run!

      Ordered on Jan 20 and still (march 6) have never received. I was blocked on Facebook for asking about my item. No emails have ever been returned. Company is a total fraud and should be shut down.*

      Would give one star if allowed. Placed an order 1/23 and it is now 2/20 with no update on item. A shipping label was printed 2/6, but still hasn’t been dropped off at USPS. This is my first time ordering from them and will be my last. I completely understand large promotions and getting overwhelmed by an unexpected large amount of orders coming through— but lack of communication and transparency with customers just isn’t a good business practice and makes it look deceitful. I am a very patient person and understanding of many situations, but I can’t excuse this business not replying to customers, as well as blocking many of them on social media accounts— for calling them out and asking where their order is. Very disappointed.

      If I could give zero star rating I would. It has been over a month without any correspondence. Undermines their customers by their unrealistic shipping. Save your time and order from another company. Their designs are extremely cute but management is very poor.

      If I could give no stars, I would. Placed an order on 1/22/23. My credit card was charged the next day and I still have not received my items. Emailed them on 2/3 for order status and received a response that they needed a full 7-10 business days because it was their busiest time of year, which I clearly gave them. A shipping label was created on 2/6 and there has been nothing since. I think I just got scammed.

      Still waiting on my order for two weeks, emailed twice no reply, first and LAST time I be bothered with these idiots, taking two weeks and I live here in the city??

      Be cautious ordering!I still haven't received the items I ordered 11/17. My credit card has also been charged! The items stated "guaranteed by Friday 11/25"!I have sent an email 11/28 and still have not heard back.
