    The tech was very good and knowledgeable of the equipment. **** was on time, courteous and friendly. I will always request Reds whenever I have a problem with my HVAC system. Happy happy happy!

    Kudos ***! I want to thank Reds Hvac for sending *** the technician who was professional and caring. Bottomline based on the reviews I was not going to use Reds, however in my opinion it was the best decision and I gave them a chance.
    ***,, explained to me in detail on the issue and also gave me tips for using the ac for summer and what to do before the winter, never have any of the technician i have gave me tips, only this is what needed and the bill.
    *** also told me if I had and problems to call back.
    Also, I made the service request on Thursday evening received a call Friday and had my service in Sinday which was great due to the hot weather i thought it would have to wait a week or so!
    I am soooooooo grateful!
    If something changes I will give a update!

    Reds was great! They showed up on time and completed my repairs quickly. It's been 90 plus degrees and showed up in less than 24 hours. We are happy our warranty company recommended them. Great job!

    If I could give zero stars I would because zero is what they gave me. This company was scheduled to come and fix my ac unit. They said they would be here between 11-3. I took the day off work so I would be home. They never showed up and when they finally returned my phone calls at 445pm they said they werent coming and wanted to reschedule for the following week. Now its 90 degrees out and my ac isnt working properly and I have a 9 month old baby in the home. I missed a days work and paid for a babysitter to get this fixed for nothing. When I voiced my complaint I was just told ok. Terrible customer service and zero remorse for the situation they have left me in.

    Reds HVAC guy was in and out no problem. He fixed our furnace and we have heat. This old thing was giving us headaches we had 4 other contractors come out and they all told us to replace it. ****** said no way! Still has plenty of life left. Were very happy we chose ****

    ***** was awesome! He found the problem immediately and resolved our issue with 2 hours. Im not local this is a rental of mine Reds was very good to work with. They were very honest and transparent. Also, *** was terrific! I paid only my $125.00 deductible and problem solved. A+ for both Reds and ***
