    Wonderful customer service! Professional service worker who arrived promptly, was very courteous and took the time to not only tell me what the problem was but to let me know that I can take advantage of free tune *** to heating and ac through my home warranty. Excellent company.

    First this was a bad situation our AC went out in our rental property. It was assigned to Reds and I was very skeptical. However, I was beyond impressed with them. Service was excellent and We rate them high on all categories Timeliness, Professionalism and follow up. The staff is the best. Reds is our go to for all our future HVAC needs. P.S. I live in ******* and trust matters to me as Im not always able to oversee repairs in person.

    We greatly appreciate the Reds HVAC Company for their help and expertise in solving our air conditioner's problems, especially ******, the technician who patiently took time explaining to us what was the main issue with our a/c in detail. Although it took 2 days to get the parts they did it and it didnt cost us a dime over the service fee. Thanks so much again.

    I just want to say thank you to Reds HVAC. In a world full of negativity, they have been a shining star. From the office staff to the service staff ***, ***** and ***** were true joy to work with. I had them out through my home warranty company was a little skeptical due to the review I read on this site. Boy, am I happy I took the chance. They had my HVAC system up and running in no time and my mother has COPD and cannot be in heat long. They went above and beyond the call of duty for us if I could rate them 10 stars I would. Thank you I will always request all my heating and cooling needs.

    I also was forced to use REDS because of my home owners warranty. I was told that my unit needed replaced and that it would cost $7882 for a 3 ton Trane unit, and that the home warranty was picking up close to $4000 of the cost, and that my out-of-pocket cost would be $3864. I paid ***** and received a 2 ton RunTru unit (a Trane knock-off that costs $1500 online). I called ***** and asked him why this happened. ***** began to cuss me out and told me "i know how to deal with peopled like you, I know where you live."Also, after contacting my home warranty, they never authorized REDS to replace my unit at all. Avoid this company at all cost!

    Hi *****, thank you for the review. Your current system was repairable. This was strictly an upgrade retail option. The retail cost of this system was over $8000 with being a member of American home shield you saved over $4000. The home warranty company is not obligated to replace your system when it is repairable. I spoke with ****** the service manager you spoke with about this job. Unfortunately the system that you had previously was a 2.5 ton system and we have to replace like for like. We cannot upsize the systems without replacing the furnace due to the current blower not pushing enough air (CFM) across the coil or it will freeze up. I know you were upset that the unit didnt cool great on the second level, but thats every home in central ****. The blower motor on the furnace controls the airflow not the size of the air conditioner on the outside. And yes, it is true some of these units can cost $1500 online, but that is not refrigerant recovery , welded in / installed or warranted. Atlas ****** would not have paid over $1500 for this unit however I know for the exact same run tru by Trane they charge over $8000 for that 2.5 ton unit installed and warranted. They provide free estimates. I do know we went above and beyond on this one and got it installed on a Saturday due to your wife being pregnant. Normally, we do not do installations on Saturdays. When we spoke to you on Monday. It was 92 outside and the indoor temperature in your home was 69. That is a great temperature differential. The manufacture only guarantees 74 on a 90 day. He also made you aware that he did not personally install the system, but he did know where you lived in the ******* area he was nearby and could swing by to remove the unit and provide you a full refund minus the 5% restocking fee. Thats how we deal with these type of situations. We guarantee 100% satisfaction or your money back. He had the authority to do that on Monday you declined. Please reach out to *** or ***** to further discuss how we can bring you to 100% satisfaction that is our goal. We do not want you to be unhappy for any reason.

    I was forced to go with Reds because my homeowner insurer, ******** **** ******, has only a couple contracted HVAC companies. Their tech only visually looked at my unit, never touched it and said it was broken and needed replaced. They then proceeded to give me a quote on a Trane XR13 2 ton unit for $7880. I called a local HVAC company, who's BBB approved and been in the business over 100 years, and they quoted the exact same unit for $4850! I called Reds to inquire into the disparities and they gave me the run around, insulted my intelligence, were condescending, and kept putting me on hold. VERY SHADY company, who is not BBB approved and their business practices are suspect at the very least.

    Hi *******, Feel free to Call ask ***** or *** directly. The retail cost of the ** series Trane units start around $7500. All of the local retail contractors in central **** are the same. Im disappointed to hear about your experience. I would be happy to review everything with you directly and bring you to 100% satisfaction that is our goal.
