I inspected my box of test strips and send them to this "company" and they didn't pay me for them. I I know the requirements for payment. I been doing this with other companies with no problems then I try this "company" and this is what happened. They showed me a different box that was open and said " we can't resell them". Do not send your strips to them. Good chances are that you will not get paid. They rip people off every day. You will be sorry.Business Response

I have gone ahead and reviewed this and the box we received from this customer did have a broken safety seal. It looks like it was held together by the label on the box. We would have no problem to discuss this further on the phone if you would like. I am unsure what we can do differently in this type of situation when the box we received from you did in fact have a broken safety seal. We are not here to make this up in any which way as it serves no benefit to us as we would not want to create a situation where the customer is unhappy and would not want to deal with us in the future, we want our customers to come back and use our services over and over again as that is the purpose of our business. If you would like to use again we would be happy to add a $10 courtesy payout on your next order if you send in more than 200 total strips or more that are valid. We recommend sending pictures to us via email or text so we can make sure the boxes looks like it is in good condition before sending to us.

I sent 3 boxes of test strips and got paid for 2. Called customer service and was told that 2 of the boxes had the labels removed and only got paid half for those boxes. I have pictures showing that the labels were on the when I shipped them. This company is a rip off.Initial Complaint

I sent my diabetic supplies to this company and was not paid what they had advertised to pay. I sent
3 boxes of 100 count test strips
1 box 50 count test strips
1 box Lancet
I should have received $157 but only received 93. The reason they gave was markings on the box. The only markings were on the pharmacy label (prescription label) that the pharmacy attaches which is what I was told to leave on. The Diabetic Surplus stated they would remove the label. The pharmacy circled the quantity as they do on all medications they fill. I have sent this in to DS before and they didn't reject it or give me less money because of it. I followed all DS I instructions and this Is a way to reduce my payout.Customer Answer

Hello, I have gone ahead and reviewed this customer's order and all prior orders. The reason this order was paid at a reduced rate is due to the boxes having writing on the boxes themselves. The customer even acknowledges this in their complaint. When there is writing on the boxes in this fashion it does devalue the item which is why we have to pay for this in our damaged tier of payouts. We state this on our website and our information guide as well. On prior orders I noticed that there was no writing on the other items.Business Response

On 5/15/123 I mailed them a box of my extra supplies. I saw the tracking receipt that received it on 8am on 5/18/23 but the refund was not posted to my account. I contacted customer service on 5/10/23 and they said that the box was dented so they cannot resell it, so they will not provide a refund. They are also refusing to send me back the product. I know the product was not dented because I packaged it myself and also wadded up newspaper inside the box so it would fit tightly to protect the package.Business Response

I have gone ahead and reviewed this order and it looks like this box that we received from you has a slice on the front of the box. When a box is in the condition it is considered unsealed. If a box is unsealed we unfortunately can not accept that item as it considered tampered with. We unfortunately do not process returns and expect these items to be reviewed before sending in due to all postage costs involved.

I have used this place once before and I didnt think of what I was to get the first time..But it wasnt what I was to get..So this time I sent them more I was to get 280.00 but they didnt send that only got 200.00..I called them and told them what was going on..The lady wasnt nice at all she was calling me names..She didnt once ask me for my name..She then said I have the wrong place..Then give me the right number she couldnt..She said look it up and I told her I just did and I get this number..Well thats not us..Call the people in Ohio and again I asked for the number and nothing..I said you guys are the same place as I seen they do have other states doing this..So why would I get the number for them when I put in ohio and the address as well..Then I got the number they do run all the other states..This person was not nice at all..I told her I got ripped off by you guys and she just kept saying you have the wrong place..I will so never use that place again..I am going to hav to fine a place that dont rip me off or other people cause what they are doing is wrong..Pay the people what we are told.This person so so dont need her job when she calls people bad names..They so need to be closed down..As they will keep doing this until some one stops them..They will even say oh I didnt say that we dont do that..I am not stupid I know what is going on..She also couldnt speak to good but i knew what she was saying..CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWN AND ALL THE OTHER ONES THAT ARE THE SAME BUSINESS BTU IN ANOTHER STATE..STOP THESE LIERS..Business Response

I have gone ahead and reviewed this order and listened to the phone call with this customer. The only person who was rude on that call was the customer who has filed this complaint. Our customer service staff member gave all the information provided to the customer. The customer was paid properly here as 3 of the boxes that were sent into our location were in perfect condition and paid at the full price of $45. The other 2 boxes were deemed to be damaged as the did have tears on the boxes they sent into our location. The customer also mentioned on the call about a price list we provided them, unfortunately the price list they are referring to is one we sent them back in December of last year. This price sheet was only valid for a reasonable time frame once they received that shipping kit, not 6 months later in time. We would have no problem to further discuss this order with the customer as everything was done properly on our end.Initial Complaint

On May 01 2023 I boxed up two boxes of One Touch Ultra Blue Test Strips with a 100 in each box I had newspapers balled up in the box to protect the two boxes of test strips from being damaged they were in perfect condition and on May 04 2023 they put $50.00 in my Pay Pal account not the full $100.00 because they were paying $50.00 per box and they have such bad reviews on their web site for ripping so many customers out of their money that it's not funny.They always have an excuse why the people didn't get paid their full amount.If they don't put the other $50.00 into my pay pal account then I'm going to file a suit on this company.They can't keep ripping everybody off that was kind enough to trust this company by mailing their diabetic supplies to them and not getting paid the correct amount..If I don't hear from them soon then a suit will be filed against them.Im tired of being beat by companies like this already and it's not right what they are doing to us and stealing from people is illegal.Business Response

Hello, I have gone ahead and reviewed this customer's order. This customer has sent us 2 boxes of test strips. For every order we receive and issue a payout for we do issue an email itemized receipt of what was paid for, or if there was something not accepted. After reviewing this order further it looks like this customer sent us 1 box that expires in June of this year. This box fell way below our minimum expiration date policy. We unfortunately do not accept any boxes shorter than October of this year for a reduced payout. This scale of what months we accept does move forward month over month. All in all this payout is correct and final.

I have gone ahead and reviewed this customer's order with us and what we received was an item with a broken safety seal. When items have a broken safety seal we simply can not accept it. There is no way to verify if the contents have been tampered with. If items are received with a broken safety seal we dispose of them as well as this is deemed to be a safety hazard.Initial Complaint

I have gone ahead and reviewed the customer's complaint and order that they have sent in to our location. We take pictures of all orders that are received and this order once opening the shipping kit it was mailed contained 1 box that did in fact have a broken safety seal. We can not issue any type of payment for a box with a broken safety seal as it considered a safety hazard. In regards to boxes with a broken safety seal we do discard of them as they are a safety hazard, on top of this we do not offer any type of returns for items sent in. We do expect our customers to review their items carefully before sending in. We are not discrediting the fact that this could have happened during shipping, we just have no way to prove that this is the case as we only see the items once we do receive them.Business Response

I sent them my extra diabetic test strips that I had laying around. I unfortunately sent them walgreens true metrix brand and they only take true metrix, my bad. I called and spoke with a gentleman and he told me that they couldn't accept them and if I wanted them back to send a 8$ check. I did want them back, so I called and emailed a week later for the address. I got through on the phone and told the same person I spoke to earlier that I needed the address to send the check, so I could get my test strips back. I explained and he gave me the address. About a week later I checked my email and the gentleman said they didn't have my test strips anymore, that they don't keep products they don't accept, even though that's not what I was told over the phone. I called several times and left a voicemail to no avail. I finally emailed them again to say how disappointed I was with their service and they doubled down and said that I sent unacceptable products, even though I was told over the phone that I could get them back. I'm very disappointed and angry about this situation, but I guess it's a bit my fault as well for not looking at their reviews/complaints on here.Business Response
