    I sent 3 boxes of diabetic test strips in at 56$ a piece they said they had a check ready but I put ****** on my paper they said I would see it on my ****** by : pm days ago and I have never received it I think I was scammed diabetic surplus is the company

    I have gone ahead and reviewed this claim from Jennifer and it looks like we did issue her payment for her order on January 18th. Her check was delivered today. Here is the tracking number for the check: **********************

    I sent Diabetic surplus test strips * *** **** *** ******** *** *****..200 One touch test strips and 200 Lancers, expecting a $15 bonus. I did not get the bonus because the man said I failed to send in the coupon to get it.
    There was no coupon in the kit box to send in. I went back and checked the package again today.. No coupon! I presumed it was automatically given.
    On the phone he told me I could not get the bonus later because it was for first time customers only. This was my first time !
    He offered no compensation for the bonus money.
    I feel I was scammed out of the $15 due me. I won't use this company again. I do not recommend it to anyone.
    I recieved a shorted check today Dec..11, 2022 for $114. Should have been for $129.
    Also this company is very slow at processing the check back.
    It advertised that as soon as they get your box back and checked for quality, a payment check would be sent the very next day. This did not happen. I'm in *** and Ohio is only 1 state over. Thanks BBB.

    The buyer received my products on 11/5/22 and still owes me $153. I only received payment of $30. The buyer has not responded to emails.

    I sent 2 boxes of diabetic strips to be bought for $25 each not knowing that the price have changed to $15 each from this company there is another company that buys them for $25 I would have sold them to that company had I known the prices went down from Diabetic Surplus I called and was told it's not there fault about me not knowing the price change I've been selling to them for years and the price always remained the same $25

    On the very first page of our paperwork, the same paperwork she sent a picture of it says to make sure to check our website before sending in product just to verify our up to date pricing. She has also already cashed the check that we sent out to her so we would need some form of repayment for that check before we would be able to send back the product.

    Ihave unused test strips. I contacted company and was sent a prepaid box to send test strips for cash in June 2022. Don't remember exact date. I have not received compensation. I tried calling numerous times and the phone rings busy. I sent email ************************************* and receive notice back that the address did not exsist. Did they go out of business?
