    On May 20,2024 Double D Blacktop installed 2 new driveways totaling $14,800, which was paid in full. One driveway on the right and one on the left. The one driveway was poured over existing concrete that was filled with gravel on one side to widen the area. September of this year that same driveway had since sunk where it was widened. We contacted Tony S****** of Double D to come out and assess the area. He said he would come out and fix it ,along with some major splits along the edges and throughout. He showed up with a bucket of tar and a torch which was in no way going to fix the problem and it didn't. He indicated on 10/30 he was waiting on Hot Asphalt to bring with him tomorrow or Friday being November1st.He never showed nor did we receive any communication from him. My husband contacted him again via text and again we were told on the 4th of November he would be here that he wasn't able to get hot asphalt and he would be close on November 8th. November 8th has came and went we are now at the 19th and still no indication of when this issue will be resolved. There is a 1 year warranty on the driveway according to the contract that they do not want to uphold.
