    We had Double D completely remove our old asphalt driveway and install a new one on 9/27/22. In July of 2023 (less than a year later) we noticed it low spots and was very bumpy in places. I contacted them multiple times about it and was blown off for quite a while. Someone finally came out to look at it on 8/14/23 and they said the owner would need to come out to look at it. Now they are back to blowing me off again. Based on the other reviews, we are not the only ones who are unhappy with them. I guess the old saying "you get what you pay for" applies here, so learn from our mistake and go with a different company.

    Had a large drive and had DD asphalt install it. They messed up the grade and now the back half is one puddle after another.
    Lied about fixing it after admitting the grade was messed up by Dorlan himself.
    One excuse after another about why they couldn't show up each time it was planned to be fixed. Lied about asphalt company being down when the asphalt company told me they were for one hour and sold DD Asphalt ten tons the same day they were scheduled to fix ours.
    After more investigating found Dorlan and Dylan both have multiple leans on the combined with one being a $27,000.00 IRS tax lean and nothing is listed in their names. Our job cost $21,000.00.

    Double D blacktop came out in May to give me an estimate on replacing my driveway. They were $1000s below the other two estimates I got so I gave them the job and was told they would contact me in July, it is now September and I havent heard anything from them. I again read other reviews about their work and checked the Better Business Bureau for reviews and it didnt look good to me, some very serious complaints came up. I am now very concerned about having them do the work. if I ever hear from them. Another paving company that gave me an estimate although much higher than Double D has done several jobs in our neighborhood. I may go with them even though they were much higher. Makes me wonder why Double ds estimate was so low.
