    Once I scheduled a pedicure and was told it would be a 45minute wait. 8/10/22 I had a pedicure and gel manicure scheduled for 12:00p. I scheduled in on Facebook. After i was sent the confirmation, I did not see the later messages that stated that time would not work, since I already had received the okay. I was able to get the gel mani done, and then a family of 5 walked in for pedicures and was seated before me. I ended up paying $79 for a gel manicure with easy nail art. The same evening, gel was peeling up on the side of my thumb and i noticed the color didn’t meet the sides of my middle finger. I messaged them on Facebook again to ask if I could have those nails repaired at no cost. They agreed. When i went in on 8/11/22, instead of redoing the nails that were done poorly, i was accused of filing the nails at home, and she just shoved more gel polish into the peeling portion. I’ve never received this poor of quality for $79 gel manicure. 8/15/22 the thumb gel is half off because the technician just shoved gel into the hole instead of actually repairing the nail. I contacted them to request a refund and was told I was lying, that I only requested another top coat be put on, and that a refund would not be issued. I asked for the work to be removed due to poor quality, and was blocked on all platforms and phone.

    This customer got gel manicure with 10 nails design.  One thumb nail’s gel polish chipped , we offered to repair that nail for her. And she refused to have it repair. She just wanted the full amount refunded. One nail chipped doesnt warrant a full refund when all nine other nails still intact. If she doesnt want a repair then theres nothing we can do about it!

    I do not accept the business's response to resolve this complaint. A repair WAS performed and the same nail fell apart the next day, as well as two other nails. That is when i requested a refund due to the repair not working. When I ask for it to be done again I was told I was lying. I was then blocked on social media and phone number before I could accept a SECOND repair.
