    What an awful treatment I got when I complained how bad my nails looked. I went in to get a basic manicure because this will be the first time I ever got one. The employee doing my nails was rude! My nails were left uneven, parts of the cuticle were left hanging, there are pieces of dirt on top of my nails from the nail polish its unsanitary. When I communicated to the manager about it I got yelled at saying why didnt I say something before when I told her I did while she began talking her native language to others ( Vietnamese) and I told her I wanted my money back. She let me know she cant just take away somebodys money and that right there alone shows all they care about is profit and dont care about the customers rights.
