A company that stands behind there pledge to be upfront and honest. The price guarantee is exactly that a GUARANTEE! Today ***** was out to replace my electric water heater with a brand new gas one. We went thru the project he listened to what I was asking for and made some great suggestions. After I signed off on the paperwork he went right to work, about an hour into it was realized that the water heater we picked was not going to work correctly and I needed a different model along with a other part to complete the job. ***** explained the situation and I really thought , oh boy here comes the upsell, But that wasn't the case at all he left to go get the other water heater and the blower needed, came back and busted his **** to get it all done. He finally finished up at 7:15pm. A long day indeed. You got a good man there ECO! But most of all thanks for sticking to your pledge. I'm a customer for life!

We had a representative from ECO Plumbing come to our home today to try to sell us a heating and air conditioning bundle. We did not buy from him and on his way out he told us he needed to get home to his wife as she has covid!!! I am 78 y/o and very prone to anything contagious! I have been ill for over a year now! I am more likely than not to get covid! I am livid knowing this will no doubt be my demise!WHY!? would any company send someone out to make a sales pitch who has covid in their home!WHY?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I saw a$139 HVAC tune up and cleaning special advertisement on their website and booked it. When the tech got here late he said he only had it listed as cooling only and if I wanted furnace checked also, it would be $139 also for a total of $278. I showed him the website and he said that he would honor it but would not be able to complete both today because he was off at 6pm. They showed up at 5pm when I scheduled between the hours of 12-4. They did communicate they would be late. I sent him away because I can't trust someone that tried to charge more than advertised. My experience with Eco was great, my plumber fixed the issue, inspected my entire home and flushed my hot water tank all in a single day. He could of easily just left and called it a day after fixing the drainage issue but instead he went above and beyond and taught me home maintenance tips too!
