    Charged me ****** to jump my car. I was physically ill, throwing up on the side of the road and a stranger called me a tow truck. Jordans towing saw I was in no condition to ask questions about pricing. I feel I was taken advantage of.

    If you are trying to receive an itemized receipt, dont even bother using this towing company. My husband and I have been calling for a month (every week) trying to get this receipt to pass onto my insurance. They keep saying that their supervisor will call back, Im almost beginning to believe a supervisor doesnt exist or they are just too lazy to pass on the info to said supervisor. The hassle it is taking to get this freaking receipt is insane for this day and age. I wont recommend this towing company till I get my detailed itemized receipt (which will probably be never at this point)

    Great customer service. They answered the phone right away, were able to tow my vehicle to the service department and handle everything over the phone. Excellent communication. A+ service
