How do I pay for my window coverings?
We offer a variety of payment methods for your order, including cash, check, credit card, and ACH.

Because each order is custom-made, we do require 75% of the total bill as a deposit since the products cannot be returned. The final 25% is due when they are installed.

Do you offer any warranties on your products?
Yes, all of our custom window treatments come with a manufacturer’s warranty. The length and coverage of the warranty vary by product, but typically they cover defects in materials and workmanship. We’ll go over the specific warranty details during your consultation to ensure you’re fully informed.

How long does it take to receive my window coverings after placing an order?
The timeline depends on the type of window treatment you choose. On average, most custom blinds and shades are delivered within 2-4 weeks from the time of order. Specialty items like shutters or draperies may take slightly longer due to the custom fabrication process. We’ll provide a clear timeline during your consultation.
