      Multiple times - by multiple staff members - Ohio Business Machines has been told to put us on their Do Not Call list. The last time was about 10 business days ago. They called again this morning (12/27) as well. This has been going on for well over a year. They have lied and said they were told to call back at a certain time. I know this has happened for a FACT, as it was when I was covering the front desk for a few months and I was the only person answering the phones during this time. This is no where near true. We take the message and pass it to the correct staff member and have THEM call the company back if interested, as their schedules are quite busy. Today's call was from **** stating that he had a meeting with ***** last summer. He did not meet with *****, as ***** is not the one in charge of the copier. Harassing a company after being told to put us on your do not call list multiple times is not the way to carry on business. It seems that they take us out of their call rotation for a month or so normally and then start up again.

      I did contract with them in 2019 - assuming it is 3 years contract.
      They lied and renewed the contract and now asking for over $2000 to cancel the contract for a cheap copier doesn't worth that much money.
      They do dirty business and hurt small business.
      They need to stop.

      OBM’s service department worked closely with this customer
      to print labels properly out of the bypass tray and not the drawers as the
      machines are designed to print labels from the bypass tray. OBM has acted in
      good faith to abide by all the contracts signed by the customer. On 07/29/2019,
      the customer signed contracts for a 60-month LEAF lease and a one-year OBM service/supply
      agreement. The customer then signed a LEAF lease addendum to swap that machine
      for a different machine on 09/15/2019. At that time, the customer signed a
      one-year OBM service/supply agreement for the replacement machine. The customer
      signed contracts on 09/01/2021 for a 39-month LEAF lease and a five-year OBM service/supply
      agreement for an upgraded machine. This transaction satisfied the original contracts.
      Since the OBM service/supply agreement signed on 09/01/2021 did not coincide
      with the length of the 39-month lease, OBM is inclined to honor the
      service/supply agreement for a like term which would expire in December of 2024.
      Due to the fact that the original service/supply agreement and the service/supply
      agreement for the replacement machine were both implemented on a one-year term,
      OBM will consider the service/supply agreement signed 09/01/2021 to be fully
      satisfied. The OBM service/supply agreement has been terminated.
      Please note that OBM is not the lessor of the equipment. Any
      questions regarding the LEAF lease need to directed to LEAF.
