4 starsAm in the ********, ** are and just had new gutters, the leaf filter and new facia installed. I found the sales (****) and the service (my *******) to be pleasant, informed, and very helpful. The install team left my yard very clean, they were professional and seemed to know their stuff. And they worked quickly, Now I am just waiting for the rain and snow to see how this works. My back gutter is under a pine, so we shall see how LeafFilter does, but I am hopeful all will be great with no to minimal maintenance!Review fromBeth A

5 starsOur builder didnt install very many gutters on our home and we were getting a lot of soil erosion around our home. We now have needed gutters installed and no need to clean them out! Wow! Had their gutter filters/guards installed and the first time I call with a problem of water running off in front and behind the gutter, I am told there would be a $95.00 service call charge. Said only part that is guaranteed is for unclogging the gutter if it clogs. So what's the point? Waste of money!!!LeafFilter Gutter Protection

I had a salesman come out and we walked around the house where I showed him what I wanted done. Either he forgot some things or purposely left them out of the contract. The install team arrived the next day. They indicated they were done and they left. Later I found a piece of guttering I had installed years earlier was still in place and not changed out. There was also a downspout that was supposed to go into a pipe that leads away from my foundation and into the yard. Instead it terminated into an elbow and now I have dirt being washed away from the foundation. I immediately contacted **** (the salesman) and sent him pictures. He said too before he left the first day that he'd be back to take pictures. He's never been back. He told me to call ***************** I did and they set up an appointment for when I wasn't going to be available so they cancelled the appointment. Upon my return to town I called back and another appointment was made. THEY DIDN'T SHOW UP! I called again and the *** said she'd call me back after talking to a manager. I recieved a text with another appointment. The guy looked and then came back to tell me it would cost an additional $427 for a 2 foot section of gutter. He said the incorrect downspout would be an additional $50. After insulting me by requesting more for things they goofed up on he asked me if I was going to pay a $95 service fee for him to come out. This shouldn't be necessary because no QA evaluator followed up on the install team.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

We would leave a negative 10 if possible!! Customer service is terrible, gutters aren’t working as promised and doesn’t matter how many times I call them they can’t fix it. Debris is collected more than before and even if clean it, when it’s raining it’s pouring of all inward corners of the roof, OVER the gutters and standing water is destroying our house and ruins its foundation and value. Walls and basement are getting molded and I’m constantly sick from mold allergy therefore. This is going on for a few years and situation is not getting better, instead customer service becomes annoyed by me and is getting more and more hostile. I have to wait for appointment forever and PAY for their own mess. We are senior citizens and deserve some honesty and respect. We can’t afford to waste our money for this kind of nonsense.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

LeafFilter Gutter Protection is a scam. After the first year, if any debris is on the filter, they charge you $95 to clear the debris. This was NEVER explained at the time of purchase. ***** this company!LeafFilter Gutter Protection

Hi sales was very helpful very courteous and very knowledgeable of the product. The workers that came on the property were very courteous. Very nice. Very thorough and cleaned up after themselves left the job spotless the project looks fantastic. Very happy with it.LeafFilter Gutter Protection
