I’ve received about 5 calls a day from Leaf Home Safety Solutions. I answer some of them to ask them to stop calling, but they continue to call multiple times daily about their accessible tubs and other “solutions”. Every tjme they call it’s from a different number, always from the 321 area code. This means I cannot block these calls and either must live with these constant calls or change my number. This behavior is beyond abusive, and they have an online reputation for doing this. They seem to target the elderly, a group of people especially vulnerable to these telemarketing schemes. They should be investigated, stopped, and fined.Business Response

This company is relentless and annoying. We reached out to them for a quote to remodel our bathroom. We went with another company and have the job completed in April 2023. This company has called myself and my husband daily even after asking them to stop and telling them we went with another company. Now they call with a different number each time. Its disrespectful and a nuisance. Id never use this company, they come off as desperate.Business Response

We had our bathroom done by the company In September 2022 paid 9,600 dolllars with lifetime guarantee.
There were leaks in the drainage of the bathtub started happening within eight month after. However, they refused / ignored to come and fix the issue.
Now the ceiling of kitchen is damaged due to the leak. We need the plumbing issues to be repaired and ceiling to be replaced to the original condition.Business Response

Leaf Safety will not stop calling my cell phone. Repeated efforts to get this to stop have been unsuccessful. This is blatant harassment and absolutely unwarranted. I have never contacted this company and have blocked every single number from them that has come up on my phone - they just keep inventing using new numbers to contact me.Business Response

As with the multiple reports below, this company spam calls my phone multiple times a day despite being told I am not interested in their services.I have blocked numbers and reported numbers repeatedly, but the calls continue to come from different numbers and locations and also leave multiple automated messages that clog up my inbox.I should NOT have to follow a link given by a copy and paste reply from this company in order to stop the robo-calls.This is harassment, not a method to make the work easier for the consumer as they claim.I will never consider using this company or recommending them to anyone due to this continued harassment.Business Response

went to contract for a bathroom remodel. Company called two days later and said they could not do the project, and would refund my deposit. The same day to ensure I was covered I sent a contract cancellation to them via fax. now ten days later, the company has cashed my deposit check, instead of returning to meBusiness Response
