      The shower head of shower was not put in correctly and they came & tried to resolve it but needs wall taken down and re do the piping! The shower head is not in center so the company said they would replace the wall & I said I was not happy with just a shower curtain & wanted shower doors on the shower so they said they would give me a price on the other wall but would not charge me for the wall with shower head on it! But it has been several months! I have left messages & talked to them but never got anyone to respond to me! I feel we have got scammed!

      Leaf Safety calls me numerous times weekly. I DO NOT want their services and not sure how they got my phone number. Each time they call, I block the number and they call again from another number. This has been happening for almost 1 year. I do not need or want any services from this company only want to be left alone.

      They call my number incessantly. I have blocked them multiple times. I have never used their services, or even contacted them for their services. I just want them to stop calling.

      I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Leaf Home Solutions. I initially paid a substantial $3,000 deposit for a bathroom shower remodel, expecting a level of professionalism and communication that would match the size of the investment. Unfortunately, my experience with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare.

      Despite their eagerness to accept my deposit, Leaf Home Solutions failed miserably in delivering on their promises. After I had taken three days off from work to be present for the bathroom remodel, I was left in the dark. No one bothered to contact me to confirm the appointment, provide any updates, or even notify me if there was a change in plans.

      I've made six phone calls and sent multiple emails in an attempt to cancel the work order, each time receiving nothing but the runaround. I've been repeatedly told that "someone from operations will contact me," but that promise has yet to be fulfilled. This clear breakdown in communication is utterly unacceptable.

      The quickness with which Leaf Home Solutions took my hard-earned money and the total lack of results or follow-through is inexcusable. I am beyond frustrated and angry with the actions (or lack thereof) of this company. It's evident that they prioritize taking customers' money over providing the services they promised. My experience with Leaf Home Solutions has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I strongly advise others to think twice before doing business with them.

      Receiving unwanted spam calls multiple times a day from various phones numbers to avoid call blocking. Unable to opt out or get any resolution. Calls have been ongoing, multiple times every single day of the week for 3+weeks now. Cannot make the calls stop. I have never contacted this business for any services.

      Leaf Home replaced a master shower in my home approximately two years ago. Out of all of the people that we contacted for a quote, this is the company that my husband and I chose to go with because they seemed the best choice. What I did not do and now I wish I had, was to come to the BBB to read complaints from others. Two years, there have been no problems. About a month ago, the water seal at the bottom of the shower door cracked; when we shower, water leaks out onto the bathroom floor. Not a problem as it is an easy fix, right? I have called Leaf Home several times and told that someone will return my call. The one time that my call was returned, a voicemail was left saying to CALL THEM BACK and the issue was not addressed. I've left several service requests on their website, I have a string of emails complete with photos and I also have a text thread, that someone from the company initiated but did not return to the conversation. I am pretty detailed in what I need every time that I reach out, but no response to resolve my issue. I was told via text that they don't have a part that I need for the shower door. That makes absolutely no sense as this company was the one that put the shower in. I was also told that someone needed to come out. For what? It is a simple slide on water guard that I can put on myself; I don't need someone coming to my home, mail the part! From the looks of some of the complaints here, they would probably schedule and not show up anyway. I also asked if this was covered by the warranty; no one answered that question either. I am fed up at this point. My husband and I were seeking to have more renovations done to our bathroom and because we HAD a good experience, I was going to call Leaf Home back out but after this fiasco of lack of communication and professionalism, we will go with another company. I would like the issue that I am experiencing to be resolved. I don't think that is asking for too much.

      Solutions had difficulties connecting with the customer due to conflicts in
      work schedule. The customer was asked to send pictures of the issue to ensure
      the correct part was ordered. Customer declined service due to the service fee
      as the part requested is not covered under warranty.

       I am rejecting this response because:


      Instead of having integrity and accepting their responsibility to their customers,  they deflect blame. The reported 'difficult communication ' with contacting me was on the company for not following instructions of leaving a DETAILED voicemail regarding my concern or send an email. Over the past 3 and 1/2 - 4 weeks, and several calls to them, emails with photos that they never requested but I sent simply because that is how I conduct business,  texts and messages directly to their website, they complied ONCE, which was yesterday (voicemail stating they will email). Again, this could have been resolved weeks ago if they had any decent customer service. Once I was notified about the cost of a small piece of plastic via the email, I found the piece for $7 elsewhere vs paying the company a requested $150. Also, having someone scheduled to come into my home to slide on a piece of plastic (the email stated the $150 was for gas and to install the part), since it was so much trouble getting in touch with me according to the company, it would have been next to impossible to schedule a home visit, right? As for the ' lifetime warranty ' it is worded so that they have loopholes and not have to stand behind that either. Once I received the email telling me about the warranty, I pulled out the paperwork just to read. The cracked plastic is considered normal wear and tear, which is fine, but don't bait your clients into believing that there is something in place that can help save them money if it's really not going to help them.  This also could have been addressed weeks ago at initial contact,  but I kept being ignored. I chose not to accept the answer of the company because I want this issue to continue to be reflected on their BBB profile so that others are aware of what they may be up against. As I said in my original complaint, I wish I'd come in to read the reports before going with them. Over $10,000 spent and that means nothing to this company. At least now I know to give the remodel job that I was planning for the beginning of the year to another company.  Communication and integrity are essential in any business. But,  I'm sure the company knows that and simply doesn't care.

      This company has been spamming my phone number and won’t stop! I have never knowingly provided any contact information to this company nor seemed out their services. Since I’ve never dealt with this company, there is no way to make them stop. They automate response to contact email goes nowhere.

      Over the last 8 days they have been spamming me 14 times from 9 different numbers!

      Company said someone will come out to fix the problem.

      The water valve to start the shower leaks underneath the valve. I told him I need someone to replace it because the water valve is cheap and it’s not sturdy. The whole bathroom that was installed looks cheap and I think it was not wealth the money I paid.

      ****** ******* Installation Manager stated he dropped the ball on my follow up and he would have someone come repair it. This was on Feb 20, 2023; I haven’t heard from him since.
      No, they haven’t tried to resolve the problem.

      I tired to upload the picture of the bathroom valve but it will not allow me to do it.

      Provide me with instructions on how to get you to stop calling me.They constantly call me, and I cannot block them because they change numbers all the time.        I am rejecting this response because: Resolution provided by the company is an opt out for email. I have never received an email from them. I have been harassed by their automated phone calls. Not certain how opting out of email will take me off their call system.
