      I gave $1000.00 as a good faith downpayment for a walk in shower conversion. The work was scheduled to be done on 3/16/23. They never showed up. They said someone called in sick. We rescheduled for 3/17/23, again no one showed up. When we called they said someone will be there at 1pm, at this time we cancelled the project because this company is unreliable. So we did not want to deal with them because of the unprofessionalism and they proved to be unreliable. They promised a lifetime warranty, if something happened and we need repairs, would they ever come back? That was our concern.

      The contractor stated a different financing quote originally but then sold the contract. He sold my contractor to another financial company for a totally different amount. My original percentage was 12 months interest free and this new company will be for 0-3months no interest.

      Walk-in shower remodel is very bad. Their attempts to correct the poor job have been less than professional. They have stood me up two times. I am paying over 10 grand for a job that looks like I did it myself.

       I am rejecting this response because:


      my floors remain scratched; the soap dish does not match the rest of the fixtures; it is hard to take a shower with the soap dish were it is because the water pressure is so low.

       I am rejecting this response because:


      the soap dish/grab bar are not the only problem. The water pressure is too low to take a shower. In addition, I was not informed anyone was coming out on 4/17 to do the replacement.

      They have called me over 30 times. I blocked all the numbers but still get calls. I never called them and dont want their services.

      On 11/11/22 we contracted with Leaf Home Solutions to remove our old shower and place an wheelchair accessible shower for my handicapped 78 year old husband. They were supposed to come before thanksgiving but were unable to do so. After thanksgiving they came out and tore out my old shower and placed a new shower but had no curtain rod. I called and they said they couldnt put a rod in because the wall wasnt squared. I called and complained and they came out numerous times with curtain rods as the water kept coming out on the floor. Once one of the rods fell and hit my husband in the head. Now theyve installed another and it too doesnt stop the water from coming out. *** been promised they would have the manager come out and see it and then they might be able to fix it. I now have **** holes in the new facia and water in the floor. My husband cant get his wheelchair in to transfer to the seat either. He is totally wheelchair bound now.

      Per prior inspections, The holes from the curtain rods were filled when we installed the new curtain rod. We have explained to the customer that when her husband wheels himself out of the shower that water would get on the floor. The customer is requesting a shower door installed at no charge; which is above and beyond the agreed upon contract. Leaf Home Safety Solutions is willing and able to install a shower door; however, there will be a charge as this was not apart of the agreed upon contract. We ask that if the customer would like to move forward with the purchase of the shower door that they contact us, and we will pick a service date and time that works best for them. This matter is resolved.

       I am rejecting this response because:

      We are not using the wheelchair to get him in the shower because it wont fit. The water comes out when I shower and Im not using anything to get in and out except my feet. I have almost fallen on the water numerous times.  Who wants a bunch of holes in a new facia filled with silicone. I would really like this to be fixed so I can shower safely. My solution is remove ************** cancel the contract and call it quits with this company. *** had to shower my husband in our other bathroom on a stool

      The business sent out a new manager to review work.  The business ended up taking out a garden tub, installing a walk-in shower and fixing the other.  It did a good job and the consumer considers the matter resolved.

      They didn&#**;t do everything they said they were going to do. They installed a walk in bathtub, they recommended a 50 gal water heater and we don&#**;t have enough water to keep the bathtub heated, a shelf was supposed to be put in but they didn&#**;t do it, the water comes down where the seam is and goes on to the floor. They are saying that if the tub is in good working condition, they don&#**;t need to do anything else.

Leaf Home Water representation educated the customer that they purchased a walk-in tub and we do not recommend using the tub as a shower. We have offered to install the two shelves for customer satisfaction and we are waiting on the customer's decision.

      Leaf Safety has called me numerous times over the last few weeks. I never contacted them to begin with, and never asked to be called or contacted in any way. I consider this to be harassment, and want them to stop calling me, and permanently take me off their call list. If the company thinks that anyone would do business with them after being called so many times, they are mistaken.

      Leaf Home Safety Solutions, *******, completed a shower install in my home on 1 & 2 August 2022. There was an imperfection in a portion of the window ledge that was addressed with the company on 19 August. I have been calling since 29 August trying to get a solution. I called corporate office in **** on 25 January and asked to talk to a supervisor. I was told that someone would call me within one day. Here it is February 7th and no call. So much for their customer service and their warranty.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.   the A representative from the company visited my house to day, Feb 23, 2023 and took action to correct the problem.  A promise was made to have the problem fixed by March 18th.  Time will tell.
