I am getting nonstop phone calls everyday for the last few days. I block a number and they continue with different phone numbers. I have never contacted this company.Business Response

I have received over twenty calls and multiple texts from this company just in a few days. I have blocked every single number and every time they call me from a new one. I have never contacted or heard of this company until now. I want them to stop contacting me, and be permanently taken off of any contact lists from this company.Business Response

Constant spam phone calls - from approximately 10+ separate phone numbers all identified as Leaf. I even have a Robo/Spam blocking app that responds to callers that my number is on a do not call list, and have a recording of Leaf Representative calling and hearing that message.Business Response

My bathtub was installed in April of this year. I am still under warranty. Last week Monday I contacted them for service as the tub is leaking water to the lower level of the house (bi-level home) whenever it is used. ****** at the service number said that someone would call me that day and no one ever did. The next day I called again and ****** answered the phone and said that someone would call me. I told her that no one called me yesterday and she said that I would have to wait until the end of the day. I asked to speak to a manager and she gave me the name *** whom she said that she emailed. I contacted the corporate office and was able to talk to ***** who was going to come out the following day at 3. He contacted me that day and said that he was unable to make it and could come on Friday at 9am. My wife contacted him this morning (Friday) to let him know that she would be home at 9:05am because she had to take my daughter to school since the bus was canceled and he wrote back that he had to catch a flight and that his assistant was out sick, but that he would be able to come out on Monday. If my wife had not called, we would have never known that he would not be coming out this morning after removing items from the linen closet for the tubs hoses to be looked at. This has now turned into a cat and mouse game and my wife and daughter are unable to use the bathtub until this is serviced. The customer service on a warranty covered install is horrible! When water is involved and the install is causing a leak in the house, this is not a "I will see you in a couple of weeks deal, rather, this should be handled within a few days. No call back from anyone throughout this whole deal except from ***** who continues to cancel and the last time not even call to cancel.Business Response

I inquired online about a bathtub replacement and I have now received at least over 50 calls this past week from different numbers that say Leaf Safety. I have not answered any calls and am no longer interested as this company is not a legitimate company. I want them to stop calling me.Business Response

On Saturday, April 29, 2023 I submitted my information for a request on learning more about a bathroom renovation. Starting at 9:07am EST on Saturday, April 29th I have received 23 calls from various numbers under the Company name "Leaf Safety". I inquired online for info about bathtub to shower and guesstimate on cost. I immediately received call after call during hours I could not answer. For 2 weeks now, from different phone numbers at different times of day to early evening these calls keep coming. I have received 6 since this morning. I have text'd to those numbers to STOP CALLING. I have no interest in your services and if I do it will be with another Company. STOP CALLING. LEAVE ME ALONE!!!
