I purchased a stair lift for mobility needs. The unit needs to be serviced as it is continuously beeping in spite of trouble shooting and the end of the track seems loose. My daughter contacted the service number twice on 11/8/24, 11/11/24 and 11/12/24. Each time she was assured that she would be contacted by the end of the day. I have yet to receive a call and the unit is becoming unusable.Business Response

10/17/24 Met with sales person regarding chair lift for my mother at 3 pm. Sales pitch was over an hour long and quite frankly pretty condescending about healthcare facts and elderly. We felt strongly pressured and were told on a Friday afternoon the price was only good for that day. Due to my Mom's health I made the $3500 deposit and signed the contract. They next day we decided to cancel. Spoke to customer service to confirm cancellation. I called my bank to cancel the check Monday morning, only to find out that it had already cleared. No supervisor responds to me. It has been more than 10 business days and my deposit still has not been refunded. I have called customer service more than 5 times about this check, including today where I was told their ******** answer of a supervisor will call me back. Not once have returned any of my messages. We were promised unlimited warranty 3 years ago. All has been well until there has been a charging problem. We started calling 5 days ago. We have both spoken to people who promised the service department would call us. (today I was told they would call by tonight - it's after 6:00) So far the service department hasn't even called to say it will take a few days to get to us!Business Response

my power went out on Aug 6 2024 until Aug 11th, the stair lift has not worked since then, I called on 8/11, and 9/3, I was to get a call back, never did, I have a stair lift I cannot use.Business Response

This company has been harassing me with phone calls and texts even though I have repeatedly told them to stop contacting me. They called/texted approximately 25 times in a 2 day period. The chairlift purchased on 8/5/24 was installed on 8/12/24 the chairlift worked for one week. I call for service several times and got nowhere. This company made a statement when I purchased it that it wont need any maintenance. I been call for service for a week now and they always give me an excuse. I want put on record that this company does not give you what they promised. I need help to resolve this incident and put this on record of how they treat customers. I purchased a walk in shower on July 28, ******************************* about November 16, 2022. The company's website states there is a lifetime warranty on the job. The job entailed removing the existing bath tub that had been in place about 50 years without any mold buildup. The shower installed has mold after less than 2 years. I have called 3 times to get warranty service and so far have not heard so much as a return phone call.This company is good at making sales, good at installing what is sold and terrible on its warranty services.
