      We had scheduled to have a stairlift installed at our home. We cancelled on June 27th, because we realized we were going to be charged more than we were told initially. The refund of our deposit of $1,135 was supposed to be refunded within 10 business days, but as of 7/24, we have not been refunded.
      We have reached out to the local office, with no response. Also, we have contacted the national office, who have promised for days to have the local office contact us and complete this transaction. We have not heard a word from them.
      We would like our deposit back as per the contract.

      The advertisement was deceptive, used to lure one in. Since then, the company insists on coming to my house, even after I said no several times. They contact, continually and excessively. I had to block their text messages, after saying I have no interest and do not want them in my house. They call my phone 5-6 times per day. I answer, each time, and a few seconds after I answer, they hang up on me. When I blocked their number, they changed to a different number... and then a 3rd. It is not ending.

      I *********** ****** entered an agreement with Leaf Home Safety Solutions on 12.28.22 to install a walk in shower in my new home that I had purchased. I picked Leaf because they guaranteed their work. Upon Starting the process, I picked out what I wanted and the process began. 

      To start the gentleman they sent to my house kinda of  did his own thing by first me telling him not to park in my yard, and he did anyways tearing my back yard completely up by getting his truck stuck. The young man started working and upon checking on him during the installation process I noticed that he put the wrong color splash on the wall, and instead of him taken that down and doing it correctly he just installed the right color on top. When I questioned that and the fact that it will produce moisture he assured it would not and continued working. the job was to be completed in 2 days and it was not due to the holidays and him working alone which my family and myself was inconvenienced not having the ability to bathe. On the last day of him being their some items were missing from my residence and yes we reported it to Leaf. We had to sign off on this check off list which I did not answer to their satisfaction so the bank would push the loan threw. The work was not complete and to my satisfaction. The sliding door would not stay on track or get stuck because the framing was off we contacted Leaf and they send another gentleman to come and fix. This young man went to the hardware store and bought a plank to try to level it out which looked very tacky and unprofessional. I advised Leaf I was still not happy with that amount of money I was about to finance for that work that was delivered. I spoke with bank and explained what was going on and the reached out to Leaf and the salesman stated they would get back in touch with me which took some time. It has been a yr and the shower now has mold at the bottom of it. The door is still off track and the professionalism of the work is like I got some random person to install. for the amount of money I expect excellence your Guarantee. Now they are stating they will send some one else out and I do no trust that it will still get done correctly and I don't trust their workers in my house since the stole from me. I do not want this to show up on my credit report because I was mis represented.

      I had this company remodel my bathroom and according to my contract the shower seat was supposed to be attached to the wall but instead they gave me a plastic seat and never came back out to replace it. Nobody has reached out to come out and mount the seat.

      On 7/1/2024 Leaf Home Safety Solutions completed a replacement of the portable seat that broke. The service was completed to customer satisfaction. The job was installed as contracted with a portable seat, not a folding seat, as the folding seat is not part of the contract. This complaint is unwarranted.

      This organization bombards me with calls four to five times each day, every day, for months on end. I have no idea who they are or how they got hold of my contact information, other than giving my number to a local hospital. It's absolutely infuriating. I need to understand how they acquired my details and why they won't cease their relentless calls. Blocking their numbers is pointless since they use countless different ones.

      This company calls me 4 -5 times a day, every day for months, I have no clue who they are, nor how they got my information. It's beyond ridiculous. I'd like to know how they got my information and why they won't stop calling, blocking their number does not good they have hundreds they use. I'd ask for $1 million annoyance fee but I fear I'd actually be under charging them.

      This company calls all the time - several times a day I have tried blocking their number repeatedly and they just used another number. I think I’m on the national do not call list so I don’t know why I keep getting calls from a vendor. I do not want their products and I would never do business with them!

      (I am not sure if this is the correct location for the company as I NEVER contacted them). I don't recall requesting any information from this company, nor any inquiry for similar services. however, this company calls MULTIPLE times per day, seven days per week. it is beyond infuriating. if this were the only company available to provide services in my area, I. would NEVER use them. their incessant calling has permanently tainted my opinion.

      !/8/2024 We had a shower put in our home from Leaf Home Safety Solutions . In the contract We had requested to have Barn Door with rain glass, they added it to the written contract. So the shower was installed but the doors weren't. I was told it might be a few weeks to have them made but would be installed. It never happened. I have called the sales rep and the production manager numerous times and got no no response or returned call. This has been going on for 3 months and the loan company keeps calling me wanting to know if we were satisfied with the work so they can get paid. I told them that the work is not completed.
