After the salesperson left I decided to cancel the contract. I sent them the cancellation notice that was attached to the contract the next day. This is well within the three day notice they required to cancel. According to their contract they were supposed to sent me back my check within ten days. Instead ten days later they cashed my check.Business Response

This company has been calling me everyday from a different number for the past three weeks (caller ID says "Leaf Safety" on all calls). I've had to block 15+ different numbers so far. I don't even own a home, so there's no reason I would have signed up for anything with them. I also double-checked and confirmed my phone number is on the FTC's Do Not Call Registry.
I want the calls to stop. I'm not in any position to use their services and they have no reason to spam me with calls every day. And the canned response I see them leaving on other complaints is ridiculous. I'm submitting a complaint because of the spam calls so I'm not about to send them my email so they can potentially spam that too.Business Response

Leaf Safety calls my mobile several times every day. I can block numbers, but they use a different number every time they call. I have NEVER spoken to them when they call. Please help.Business Response

I had Leaf Home come out to my house a week ago to give me a quote on a shower remodel. Immediately the following Monday I started receiving repeated calls starting at 7 AM. I told them that I would like some time to go over some other quotes and I would get back to them. In a weeks time I received 31 calls. This is absolutely insane and harassment.Business Response

Please stop calling me. I don't know how this company got my number. They call me everyday all day long from different numbers. I don't own a home and don't need any home improvement. I'm tired of being harassed. Non stop calling on the weekends is unacceptable. I've never been harassed this much. How is it ok for a business to call renters for home improvement??Business Response

I am getting voicemails from this company EVERY DAY with a robot talking. I have blocked the number every time and then I get another call from this same company, same message from a different number EVERY TIME. How can you help stop this?
I am filing the same complaint as so many other people.

These guys call on numerous phone numbers. I've blocked at least 5 and still get calls from them from different numbers each day. I answer one of their call they didn't say anything and hung up. Idk how you got my number but lose it. Not even in the same state.Business Response
