      This company, Leaf Safety, has been nothing less than a pain in fanny! I was seeking information on a home improvement project and ever since my inquiry, they have blown up my phone and filled up my voicemail box! It does no good to tell them to remove you from the contact list...and blocking them is futile as they seem to use multiple phone numbers. I would NEVER do business with a company who conducts themselves in this manner! It is horrible customer service and marketing...if they are even a real company! I just want them to stop calling me! They are so obnoxious!

      I contacted Home Advisor to inquire about a shower upgrade. That has lead to incessant phone calls. Leaf Safety is the worst. They call morning and evening. The just called Sunday morning as I write this. I tried to block the number but they call from multiple numbers so they get through. I want this to stop. Now.

      Repeated calls. Multiple times a week. I have no idea why they call, I have not requested any kind of service.

      This company somehow got hold of my phone number and I have been getting daily calls nonstop from them. Around 5-6 calls per day from different numbers. They need to stop calling me ASAP.

      An ad appeared on ******** about a stair lift apparatus that helps people go mechanically from first to second floor. All I asked in the comments was What is the price? Ever since then this company has called me every day waking me up, probably 8-10 times. I have ZERO interest in this product. I have BLOCKED the number each time it goes to a recorder and they call on a different phone number. I left return messages to remove my name and all they do is continue to HARASS ME. I just called the number to ask them to stop calling me and the male who answered was ARGUMENTATIVE, ******* saying I ASKED FOR A STAIR LIFT. I am 74 years old and do not appreciate being harassed by anyone, especially a worthless company that has ZERO professionalism. Obviously they continue to harass older people and intimidate them into getting their product and paying thousands? of dollars against their will. Please publish my complaint and a zero or one rating. No company should be allowed to o treat potential customers like this.

      I contacted Leaf Home Safety Solutions about getting a new stair lift. The sales person was in my home for 3.5 hours. I was fearful while the sales person was there. I was intimidated. He was a large man, and I am a small woman. The sales pitch speaks about a life-time guarantee, but I read on the website from the company that it is a limited guarantee. I wrote a check for $600, and I was told by the salesman that I cannot cancel at this time. I have three days to cancel any contract. I stopped the payment with the bank. They opened a credit card in my name at ***** Fargo for $5995 to be paid down with the purchase. I don&#**;t want that either. Cancel my order and close the ***** Fargo account.
