      Like nearly every complaint on here, my complaint is about the incessant spam calling. And, mark my words, they will respond with their boilerplate of

      This company has called me at least once per day for the last three weeks. I’ve blocked every number that has called me and they keep calling me from different numbers that all say Leaf Safety.

      On June 5th of this year I had **** ********* come to my home. He represented Leaf Home Safety Solutions and I was interested in having a walk in installed in my home. He told me the tub would have a padded pillow where my back would be in the tub and a towel holder would be on the outside of the tub. In addition a wall would be put on 3 walls to keep water from getting on the walls. I was shown 4 samples and none matched my bathroom but one was chosen. After hearing *** *********** presentation I gave him a check for $4,000 to begin the installation. The first time I used the tub the jets were too strong and I called *** ********* and he said they can be adjusted. After all of that when nothing to complete the job was done I called *** ********* once again. He assured me the jobs would be done to complete the job. That was in June and it is now November and nothing has been done. A man from their company called and said it would cost me $150 for the pillow and $150 for the towel rack and talked about caulking which was not an issue. I called their corporate office twice and each time was told someone would call me. That has not been done. Thus I am writing you.

      I returned their calls.  In my last conversation they will not do the 4 items I requested.  So what choice do I have to continue with my complaint?  The man who sold the tub lied to me about the 4 issues but the company will not stand up to the salesman.  I’m an 80 year old widow and I’m sure if my husband was alive we could have had some satisfaction.  I had this company put replacement gutters around my house and I had no problems with their work.

      During the referenced last conversation, the customer’s
      four concerns that were noted were a towel bar, back cushion, the color of the walls,
      and the jets needing turned down. The wall color that is installed is per
      contract and we are not able to add a towel bar to the tub itself. However, we
      did offer as a courtesy to the customer to add a back cushion and attempt to install
      a towel bar in a different area other than the tub itself as well as walking them
      through how to adjust the jets while we were out for service. At this time the
      customer disconnected the call and has not returned our contact attempts since.

      A man by the name of ******* and I had a discussion about this situation.  He told me the tub they installed was the least expensive and I requested the top of the line.  The tub they put in does not have a cushion for my head because it is the cheapest tub nor does it have a towel bar on the tub as I was told by **** Goodnight that the tub would have a neck cushion, towel bar, adjust the jets and he said they could take the wall covering off and replace it with white to match my bath color scheme.  Then when I talked to ******* he told me my tub did not come with a back cushion nor did it come with the towel bar and the wall covering could not be removed and replaced with white.  When **** made the deal he showed me 4 colors and none were white.  I was not told how much the 3 tubs cost.  I was only told by **** that I owed $19,400.  No mention was made of the cost of the other models.  **** came to my house on June 5, 2023.  The next day I fell and broke my elbow and kneecap.  I do not have written on my calendar the exact day the tub was installed.  In my last  conversation with ******* he told me he could give me a neck brace to use instead of a cushion.  He told me he could put a towel rack in my bath but not on the tub and I don’t have any wall space for that.  And he said he can’t replace the walls around the tub because they’d have to take out the tub and they would not do that.  However, they could show me how to adjust the jets.  So in other words, they can’t do anything that I asked for in my first meeting with the salesman.  I don’t even know if the $19,400 is a correct amount.  And you’re telling me the case is closed.  That is not satisfactory with me.

      Leaf Safety will not stop calling me. They don't leave a message and call me nonstop. I need it to stop. I don't know who they are and have never done business with them.

      Job started on Aug. 28 was promised 2 to 3 days ! Many delays and missed appointments, won't  return calls, Shoddy work that had to be corrected, we DID NOT sign off on completion ! Were promised Glass doors And they have not been installed.

      Leaf Home Safety solutions was not able to install a
      glass panel or a glass door due to the size that was needed. This was discussed
      with the customer and a credit was provided for compensation of the doors not
      being able to be installed. For customer satisfaction, the credit offered also
      included compensation for the delays in the project. The customer signed the
      job completion checklist and the payment authorization certificate for
      financing.

       I am rejecting this response because:


      I DID NOT sign a completion check list ! Have the Co. Provide that document !  The compensation was for previous mistakes and delays, way before a door was disgust ! They were to have a 3rd party glass co. install a glass panel, then they suggested we go with a door that they could install themselves instead of the glass co. so they could save money, now they won't make good on that promise !

      They spam call over and over again from different numbers even though I've blocked their numbers. When I screen their calls on my phone they don't leave any voicemail other than one. They will not quit calling. It does not matter if it's during the day or closer to the evening. I have blocked them and they just keep on calling. I did not personally contact them so I don't know why they don't quit calling me.

      I continually receive "robo" calls ... I do not answer; no one talks nor leaves a message. I have not done business with this company and do not want any contact with them. I want them to delete my number from their "list" and no longer continue to dial this number.

      Incessant phone calls. LATE at night, early in the morning. Im not anywhere close to being in the market for what this company offers.Ive blocked MANY ************** call from others.

      Leaf Safety is calling me every day at various times of the day, and every time they call I block the number, and every day they call from a different number. So far, I have blocked nine numbers, but no doubt they have ninety more. I do not want to hear from them! Make it stop! They are the most persistently annoying company I have ever encountered.
