Evening of 10/3 was told job was completed. On 10/4 called field supervisor ***** about the condition our home was left in. Tile not installed properly, trim work not done properly, caulking used instead of grout and trim. Holes left. Nails smashed on the surface of fake wood trim. Was told that they door would look the same or better. It does not properly close now. Holes in the wall. Also reported to ***** that my father cannot use the tub because there is not enough hot water. He admitted that was his fault for not checking on the walk through before the job started. They knew enough to install a sub panel because we didn't have any open spots on our electrical panel. We also would not have approved of the work to be done for a tub that we would not be able to fill with hot water. On 10/8 we noticed on the storage side of our basement that the water supply to the tub was leaking and messaged Chase with a video of it. ***** came to our home on 10/10 to inspect the issues. On 10/11 *** the installer came out and only installed an O ring to the water supply and said he was not told to fix anything else and left. We have been calling and putting in messages for a supervisor to call us back and we have still not received a call. ****** at customer service has been very nice, but she doesn't understand why each time we call tickets are closed. There are several things that we have issues with, including being lied to when the sales guy Sa came out. This feels very much like a $20,000+ bait and switch. This was one of my mother and father's bucket list items and with her passing we wanted to make this happen for my dad. Now it's just a nightmare.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:
Nothing has actually been fixed yet. Its actually worse now. ***** only replaced front panel yesterday. He told us that he couldnt finish because the tub was trimmed incorrectly and next week a guy is coming back out to do the job. We still *** it have an answer about the hot water heater and still have a tub that cannot be used. Nothing has been completed.Business Response

I went on **** to research contractors for a small bathroom project. I later decided to do the project myself, so I did not request any more information, did not request to be contacted, and did not request any estimate. I do not recall seeing Leaf Safety as one of the options, but in the following week I have received DOZENS of calls, multiple times a day, from Leaf Safety. In fact I have blocked all of the numerous numbers used to call me. This is now bordering on harassment. Not only do I want the calls to STOP immediately, but I will never engage them for any project and will consider further action if they do not stop calling. This company has been calling me for about 6 months now. I block the number and have answered and asked to be taken off the calling list, but calls keep coming. I have emailed the support. Please stop contacting me.Business Response

“Leaf Safety” began calling me in September and has called me daily ever since. I block each number they call from but they must have at least 100 lines at their disposal as they continue to call from a different number each time. I never inquired about any services this company provides nor have I signed up to receive any information for home improvement this year. I am on the national do not call registry. Needless to say, I have no idea how they obtained my information but they are annoying and incessant and need to leave me alone.Business Response

In June, 2023 we hired Leaf Home Safety Solutions to install a tub/shower unit. After our shower/tub install was complete, I noticed several issues: the shower head was not the correct style, the grab bar was not installed, the window trim kit had a corner that was not inline and the shower nozzle could literally be pulled out from the wall. That was not the worst of it. After 9 days, we noticed that we had water dripping from our new shower into our basement spare room and bathroom. These are not rooms we go in often which is why it took us awhile to notice it. Our project manager came out and assessed that the installer had cut the PVC piping a jagged way which resulted in the water leakage. It was left up to us to arrange to have someone come out to assess what water damage there was. We immediately had to clear out the bedroom and bathroom closets, remove the insulation and get fans going. We left the fans on for 4 days 24 hours. We paid the contractor $100 to assess the damage. We also lost minimally $350 in possessions. This happened in mid June, 2023. It is now October and not only have we not received any monetary compensation for our loss (and time),but the project manager and the district manager have stopped returning my calls and texts. In early Sept. they finally got back to me and offered $500. Although that does not seem sufficient, we accepted. It's been over a month and still no check has come to us. I have followed up with numerous texts/calls and no one has gotten back to us.Business Response

Leaf Safety calls me all hours of day and night. I do not know how they got my phone number. I have never asked for their services. I have blocked all of their number, yet they call me from new one. So I went through this company to get a walk-in tub. I have severe back pain and shoulder pain and other pain. Well, the tub that I got. The water doesn't fill all the way up it only fill up to my waist so I can't soak in the tub or have any of the jets to help me relieve my back pain. The representative that sold me. The tub told me that my 38 gallon water heater should be good enough for it to fill up the tub well, my water tank does not fill up the tub so I have to buy a 50 gallon tank now in order to fill up my tub. So now they're trying to get me to spend more money. I don't want to spend any more money with them. Because I don't trust them. And I told them to come and get the tub. And they told me no, We're not getting the tub. I just don't want to pay for something that I'm not going to be able to use right now. I haven't used it since the first time I use it. Leaf Home Safety
Solutions is not responsible for installing hot water heaters. Customer signed
contract stating that a 50-gallon hot water heater or larger is recommended by
the manufacturer. It is the customers responsibility to have the hot water
heater replaced as Leaf Home Safety Solutions does not offer hot water heaters
and the customer signed agreeing that they understood the requirements and

I am rejecting this response because:
Because I did not see the letter that they said that I signed stating that I am required to have a 50 gallon water tank. I asked him to send me a copy of the letter that I signed and the signature on the letter is not my signature. Someone else signed the paper. Then they said they had 3 people come out to my house and see me. Sign the paperwork but I only talk to 1 person. And it was the sales representative that came out to my house. No one else came out to my house. Except for the representative and the people that installed the tub. So when they said that, I knew that they were lying. . Both times that the sales representative came out. There was someone with me, and the sales representative was the only one that came out. No one else came out with him. They also lied and said that they have a lot of documents that I signed showing my signature but they only have 2. That I signed. And then the third one that they're saying that I sign is not my signature so I don't understand how they saying that. I signed the letter.Initial Complaint

I went on **** to look for a contractor. After reviewing the options I decided NOT to login and request an estimate from any of their companies. Leaf Safety was one of the options. Almost immediately I began receiving calls from Leaf Safety but didn't respond. Since July I have received calls about every other day, from various locations and various phone numbers identified as Leaf Safety. This is bordering on harassment.
