The lady that showed up to my mother-in-law's house to give us a quote, *********************, was extremely nice did the best she could until she called and put her manager on the phone or whoever was in charge. She did tell him he was on speakerphone but obviously he did not hear her because when she said something to him about my mother-in-law asking for a cheap price he said what is the lady want all the bells and whistles but doesn't want to pay for it? She's 85 years old he had absolutely no right to say that to her in front of her or around her please don't ever use this company.Leaf Home Stair Lift

I went online and found this business to remodel my bathroom. They came out the guy couldnt write the contract from shaking he mess up three contacts. Next I waiting another guy to come out and do the inspection on the bathroom they gave me a time frame between 1pm - 6pm. The guy never showed up . I call the office and they said they forgot about me. Also the guy that was coming lived in ******** ******* and he want to get home before traffic get to back up . He was at the office in ******** *********** talk with **** the manager and all he could say is Im sorry I waited for this guy to show all day no call or nothing from them. Two days later they call and said that the job will be an extra $2095.00 plus the $7400.00 they quoted the first day. Im an veteran and want them to do the work since that they claim they look out for veterans. Very bad business so I canceled the job and now waiting on my $744.00 deposit from day one to do the job. VERY POOR communication with their clients and keep going back and forth with things that doesnt matter concerning the job. The office lady said they work with veterans all the time and she wanted to send the department of veterans affairs a copy of the contract. I inform her that the department of veterans affairs will not take an email coming from her just only me. She stated we do this all the time sending paperwork to the VA.Leaf Home Stair Lift

Short version - the free estimate felt like a high pressure used car sales pitch, and took way too long. In an effort to get us to sign on the spot, the salesman reduced the price by half which is ridiculous.Long version: We spent 2 hours with a sales rep last night. We wanted an estimate on a shower stall replacement. He spent an hour telling us about the company and highlighting home falls are a huge risk to death. I did not need any of this information. He first took out our shower sample options an hour and 15 minutes into his sales pitch. The estimate was higher than we expected but either way we did not plan to commit as we have 2 more estimates coming in. He wanted us to sign and pay 4 grand down and if we did literally cut the price in half.. that does not make me trust either estimate.Then he tried to guilt us in to signing by saying nothing is ever really free and if we took the half price rate it meant everyone was basically working for free but wed get a good price. I would not want elderly parents sitting down with this sales rep without support as it felt very high pressure and shady.He did ask us why we werent using our contractor brother in law.. which was a great idea because now we are.Leaf Home Stair Lift

I am highly displeased with the performance of this organization. I will not recommend this company as they have made excuses why someone did not show up two days in a row, and then when they brought in an installer from another location, there was adhesive all through my new wooden floors. The so-called completed shower had fingerprints on all walls and safety bars, and the shower tray was filthy. There was dust all over the toilet, and to top it off, the shower door was damaged, so I am delayed another week for them to complete the job. The panels installed are scratched as well. I am a patient man, and the truth is, I will never recommend this company to anyone else in any part of the country. To be fair, a manager is here today, July **, 2022, to clean up the adhesive residue, clean the shower, and complete the faucet installation. Oh yes, the pipes now rattle. I hear, "we will make it right," however, the cost of over $10,000 for this installation will never take away the memories of how this entire project unfolded.Leaf Home Stair Lift

My shower door was installed on Thursday, July 21st. Besides the door needing to be leveled, it looks good. The problem is the shower unit itself is not complete regardless of the attempts to repair it by the local manager here in Indianapois. He tried for over four hours to take the faucet apart and reassemble it to no avail. It is now July 26th, and I have heard nothing from Leaf Home Safety Solutions, so I am still without a shower. Because of the uncertainty of the plumbing that had been done, I proceeded to call Mr. ******* in ************ to give a second opinion of both the shower faucet and the shower pan plumbing that had been completed by LHSS. ****************** discovered that the shower pan and plumbing are leaking as it was not installed correctly. Since I had an appointment with my son, I had to invite the ************ manager to leave. The Indy manager shared he would call on Friday to set a time to complete the work, which was to finish caulking that needed completing, the faucet reattached to the wall and repaired, and a thorough cleaning ready for me to use. At 68, with a heart condition, I have never incurred such negligence on the part of LHSS. I requested a time to speak with the regional manager on 7/25/22 but have not heard back from him. All I want is a product that I can depend upon for years to come, and I am at a point I need to hire someone to finish it because I get no return calls.Review fromGlenn D

The first install date went well: Friday, June 24th. The next day, Saturday, June 25th, no one showed up. The scheduled time was 9 a.m. I texted one of the salesmen to let them know no one showed up. Found out the installer lost his truck keys, which I understood, but the installer should have contacted me to let me know and didn't do so until around 2-something that afternoon. I go to work that Monday and the salesman calls me to inform me the installer told him that they told me they'd be at my home to finish the work that day: Monday. No one informed me of this over the weekend. I would have worked from home. So, the installer lied to the salesman. I end up making arrangements to work from home that upcoming Wednesday. When Wednesday arrives, the installers are one hour late. However, the end result was a good shower install. While reviewing their work, I notice damage done to my bathroom counter. I point it out to the installer and there is no offer to fix it. "I threw that piece away!" was all he said to me. I informed the salesman (two of them) of the incident and both said they'd get back with me the next day, but neither one did. In fact, there's been a total of three occasions where the salesmen told me they'd contact me the next day, but on all three occasions, I did not hear back on the next day. One of the things I was told by a salesman was that he'd get with his Ops Manager to see what could be done about the damage. I told him that I had decided to replace the counter, but I felt something still should be done for me to compensate for the damage done.Eventually, I talk to the Ops Manager and she did not offer any resolution since I had decided to replace the counter. I found out recently that I was supposed to be offered a refund by the Ops Manager but that never happened. I feel like something should be done because damage was done to my property, but Leaf offered nothing because I was replacing it.Leaf Home Stair Lift

Update: Leaf Home Security did end up, eventually, reimbursing me for the damage the contractor(s) did to my bathroom countertop.
