  The absolute worst company I’ve ever worked with!!! Will not return calls. Told a buyer they could close then ghosted them. No one at the entire branch will call or respond to multiple people trying to reach them, most unprofessional company I’ve ever seen’

  I never borrowed money from them or gave them my bank information. Now they are asking for payment. When and how did this even happen? How do I stop this?

  They sent me an email stating 600$ would be deposited into my account, that I did not authorize. I immediately called and the lady assured me it would be canceled and no funds would be transferred. About 6hrs later they had deposited 600$ into my account. I never applied with this company and not sure how they got my account information. I will not be repaying this 600$ at their 823% interest rate. How is this even legal to do.? I have called back and received an answering service. Have sent an email and gotten no response. What can be done? I'm not paying that 823% interest rate. This has to be illegal.

  0 stars because they somehow got my bank information and authorized a payment for $600 with an interest rate of 749% or some ridiculous amount. I'm not dumb enough to get 600 and pay over 2000. That's insane ?? I have no idea how they got my bank information

  They scam people. They sent me $600 for a loan that I DID NOT AUTHORIZE... And then expect an interest rate of 749% Deceptive practices, terrible customer service, a phone number that goes straight to voicemail.. I clicked on a link through ****** ***** and somehow got into this mess with them. Never authorized a loan for $600, and especially with an interest rate that high. Lesson definitely learned. I never gave them my bank information so I am not sure how this would even work.

  TERRIBLE customer service!! First, I try calling through the automated system. NO option to speak to a person, despite the recording indicating otherwise. I only wanted to delay my payment from the 10th to the 15th. My only option was to cancel autopay through my bank. $30 to the bank and $ to these guys for a return charge fee. I finally got into the site and canceled autopay on both mortgages. Today (April 14th) I log in to make the payment and it indicates it will be deducted from my account on the 18th - 2 days late. I'm NOT LATE! Never have been. Can't reach anyone who can get into the payment information for me - believe me, I tried multiple times last Friday! There is NO email address for me to write what my issue is, only an automated email option about forms and fees. Since 2017 I've paid every month on time, and now it's going to be late. If I could, I would sell the mortgages myself so I wouldn't have to work with these guys anymore. Bad, bad mortgage company!!

  A nightmare I had my loan in underwriting for a mortgage modification in the meantime they were sending me late pays and putting it on my bureau for being late when it was in their underwriting I disputed that on my bureau and won,and then they put it back on and I got a foreclosure notice it was in their underwriting the whole time they screwed up the paperwork that even cost more time.

  I would give 0 stars if I could. We made the mistake of using Nations for our first home purchase. We had 3 closing dates pushed back. Every week the underwriter would need more information. We sent her documentation after documentation. I don’t know why she didn’t ask for it all at once. She wanted my personal financial information and I wasn’t even on the loan!! They would say they need this and we are ready to close. Then it was something different. There was an issue with the house they knew about weeks earlier that should have been already addressed. We paid for an appraisal and the appraiser “disappeared “ and then we had to pay another $100 for another appraiser. We had to pay for an engineering certificate. We were told later that repairs needed to be done and then we could close. We didn’t pay for the repairs because they were stringing us along. We lost the house due to the incompetence of the underwriter and others there. Unprofessional, deceptive, and chaotic! I don’t think they have any money to loan but they want to take yours and you will be out of a loan. Stay away!! I believe the 5 star reviews are fake!!
