      I've had multiple issues since opening my account a couple months ago.

      1) I pointed out a typo with the email. Was told it would be corrected. It wasn't and I had to call in to get the correct email on the acct to receive documents.
      2) Was given a membership card wtih a 6 digit acct number. I needed 9 digits and had to call in for that.
      3) Membership card did not have online username.
      4) Can only receive not send messages in the message center
      5) User Interface for business checking uses BizLink and is horrible
      6) Was unable to link external bank accounts online and had to call in. I was told on June 21 it could only be done via a form sent in to them with the bank info. I sent in the form and the external acct never got linked.
      7) Went to close my account and no option to do so online. Called in and was told a letter needed to be sent.

      I then went into the branch to close my account and was told there's an early account closure fee of $100 within 6 months.

      We received a complaint from the Better Business Bureau on
      August 5, 2022, detailing the service issues you have experienced since
      becoming a member of Day Air Credit Union in June. While some of the inconveniences
      you described were put in place as security measures and not to be a nuisance,
      we understand how these created friction for you being able to use the
      account.  We will take this information
      and see how we can improve our processes.

      We apologize that we were unable to meet your expectations
      and will gladly waive our Early Account Closure Fee, should you still wish to
      close your account. However, we hope that you will give us the opportunity to sit
      down with you to review your account needs and get you set up as intended from
      the start.   Please contact us at your
      convenience so that we can set up an appointment to meet with you.

      a cashier’s check for the $100.00 Early Account Closure fee that was charged on

      personally.
