This firm was supposed to represent me in a case against ******** **** ******. I had to send forms and documentation multiple times, because they lost originals. Recently, I was told a form would be sent to me. Never received. Repeated phone calls and messages were never returned.
Last communication , the head lawyer sent an e-mail about the recent Presidential election- Saying who he recommended I should vote for.

We agreed that in august of 2023 we did ask Mr. ******* to resend forms we apologized for the inconvenience but at that time his lawyer was transferring to a new firm.  On the issue of not sending him what we promised,  we sent the notice of Demand for his approval first by email  and then  by us mail to him at his request.  Once approved, Notice of Demand was Sent and we are poised to file a Demand for Arbitration in the Next 30 Days.

I am concerned that this company, the Dann Law Firm, is representing people that files a formal complaint against a Home Repair Company, such as ******** **** ******* and the firm is winning these cases in Arbitration but not providing a portion of the winnings to their clients. I have a case against ******** **** ******* that the Dann Law Firm agreed to process and this has been going on for over 2 years and I keep getting the same response, it is in arbitration. Arbitration does not take that long. I would just like someone to investigate to see if they are keeping the winnings.

      Business Response

      Date: 01/22/2024

I've communicated with Mr. ******* since the complaint to reassure him that his claim against ******** **** ****** is still pending and that no settlement or arbitration award has been entered. It is my understanding that he is satisfied with our response.
