I spoke with this guy years prior to what I suspected to be something shady when ***** *****, whom this attorney claims to have won a case against, sold my husbands loan to a third party foreign debt collection agency called *********** **** ********** *** has a very terrible reputation and has no credibility. People have complained that this company has been known to do wrongful foreclosures on mortgage clients. I have been doing research and studied my husband’s original documents and found out this was set up fraudulently to begin with. There was even an article about this explaining why his original mortgage lender closed. They were approving loans that were not approved by banks to boost their salaries and bonuses. I contacted DannLaw because I was concerned for why ***** ***** randomly sent us a letter telling us to send a check to this strange company. DannLaw told me to cooperate and the only reason I did was I thought he was taking my case to study how this fraud works. So I cooperated. Finally a day came when they offered us to dispute the debt. *** was unable to produce the notary and sent us what DannLaw called an “affirmation” note. *** also stated they did NOT purchase the loan account and that it was transferred.
My husband signed a real notary eye witnessed by two men. They only produced public recorded documents that anyone could produce. They did not do a proper investigation according to 15 U.S. Code § 1681i - Procedure in case of disputed accuracy. We have the original contract that public records don’t and in that contract states that the BORROWER signs the notary, not an affirmation. This is forgery. Also, the creditor behind the lender is different from these “transfers” that these mortgage services have been getting away with. If you are not paying to the same creditor behind your servicer, your contract is breached. DannLaw refused to address this and he insulted my intelligence! His credentials are worthless and he is sitting in MY seat!
