    Used online app to place a food delivery order. Found fault in the app. The app selected pick up to an alternate location after taking money from my debit card. I cancelled the order. I called the sepected store asked for a manager. He said speaking. Told me he got my cancellation. But couldnt tell ke my name or contents of the order or total $. Ive contacted taco bell 5 times regarding issue and cannot get this resolved. I placed another order that same night. The food that was ended up being delivered was the food from the first "cancelled" order. Cold and gross. I was charged $70 for the cancelled order and $50 for the second order and got terrible food and robbed of money on a cancelled order. And now nobody can handle this. Was told to call doordash. Doordash said they are just the courier call the store. Its a round and round blame game. I just want my money back.

    Door Dash is a 3rd party company that is used by the account holder to place and receive a food order etc.  It is not Taco Bell's Application.  The Payment is not handled through Taco Bell.  We did speak with the guest twice and asked them to give it 3-5 business days to clear the bank account as it was showing as a pending transaction.  The customer did not contact us back.  If the guest could bring us in the current bank statement showing these 2 amounts, she was charged we will be happy to refund her money to make things correct with her as that is the ultimate goal.  With it being a 3rd party transaction, we have no record of what the actual transactions are.
