    Hey, pretty outraged at the moment. Went to the taco bell in Lancaster, Oh (1643 E Main St, Lancaster, OH 43130) and had arguably the worst experience of my restaurant life.
    Did a mobile order because of the good app deals. Never had an issue before. Went to this taco bell and ran in to get my food. Complete chaos and tons of angry customers standing around.
    I informed them I had an online order and the guy said "I'll get it when we can, I don't know" and shrugged.
    Okay, it's fast food. Can't be long.
    I stood there waiting for THIRTY minutes. Several employees were standing around talking to each other about customers they had earlier. Only one person was even on the line working at most points. Out of a crew of maybe six or seven people there was zero communication or teamwork.
    I left without my order after they informed me they hadn't even started it yet.
    I never received my food or a refund despite reaching out to both the restaurant and the taco bell "contact us" option on their website.*
