    On April 27th we paid 2200 dollars to arbor plus for the removal of 2 trees and the trimming and dead branch removal of a third. The initial agreed upon mount was 2900, 1200 per total removal and 500 for the trim and dead branch removal. After the first two trees were down, I spoke with the owner Hayden, and we cut a deal to have me, the property owner, take care of cleanup in exchange for a 700 dollar price cut. This still left the third tree to be addressed, however, it was already late in the day. They ended up cutting 3 lower branches from the third tree, and then packing up to leave. The dead branches that were our main concern were still left in the tree and the trucks had departed for the evening. When confronting Hayden about this he seemed displeased that they left before trimming the other areas but stated they would return to finish the next day. Hayden never returned and it has been 6 plus months. Communication with him broke down and all attempts to get the job finished or obtain a refund for the unfinished work has failed.
