    Worst Auction House in the US, Customer Service *****.
    They Treat Customers Terrible ,
    Their Accounts Payable Person is Rude, and un willing to help.
    Hes a real ******** I would Never use them or their web Site

    I have utilized Summit Gun Auction to both sell some firearms and to purchase some. BOTH EXPERIENCES WERE VERY POSITIVE! I'm an older individual, so dealing with an "on-line" auction was initially a little unnerving. But once I had a couple conversations with them, I was much more at ease. Once I began dealing with them, if I had any questions at any time during the selling, or buying process, I reached out to Summit and if they couldn't answer my call immediately, they called me back asap with an answer to my questions. When dealing with an on line auction, you must realize that the people working the auction are dealing with a multitude of people (both sellers & buyers), so they may not be able to answer the phone right away.
