    Installation of our Sun 6Setter awning was completed on 6/12/2023. At the time of installation, our awning cover was not delivered and installers wrote on our receipt that the awning cover would be later shipped to us. I have repeatedly called the company and spoken to either Mike K**** or Tiff for updates on when our cover will be shipped. Each time they say there is a back order issue to check back in 2-3 weeks. Last phone call made was September and still same answer. To date we have not received our awning cover to protect our awing from the winter weather. we would like to get our cover that was paid for back in June delivered to us.

    SunSetter’s cover were on back order and it was out of our control to speed up the delivery of the winter cover.  The factory would give us a timeframe that we communicated with the customer but the timeframe was not accurate on their end.  
    I had communication with the factory that the cover has been delivered to the customer.

    I had an awning installed on 5-17-23. There was a side shade as well and the 2 installers stated it would be too big and I would need a smaller one. They called the office in my presence and ordered a new one telling me it would be delivered to my house in less than 2 weeks. A month later I didn’t have it and heard nothing . I started texting/calling the sales rep and after several attempts he texted back and simply said “it’s backordered, check back in a week.” After a week , nothing so I contacted again and it took 3 attempts before he would call me back. He said warehouse says “backordered.” I paid over $7000 for a complete awning and this man is doing nothing to complete my order or even act as tho he cares . I would like a resolution to this!

    I apologize that you don't have your side weather breaker to complete your job.  The side weather breakers are on back order with Sunsetter factory and the factory can give us no ETA when they can return to stock. We were originally told that they would be back in stock in 2 weeks by the factory.  This is completely out of our control and we would be happy to refund your money for the cost of the side weather breaker $238.00 or you can wait for it to be shipped.  I will add the All Weather Warranty onto your awning at our cost for your frustrations.

    Entered by BBB staff LO Consumer states the business put in a sun fitter retractable awning. Consumer states the awning will no retract. She contacted the business and spoke to a rep named **** ****** in November 2022. An appointment was scheduled but they canceled and rescheduled fir 11/18/22. The rep who was coming to check the awning slipped off the road while driving to the appointment. The consumer called to reschedule and was told she would receive a call whenever the business would be in the area. The consumer has been trying to call the business and just keeps getting voicemail.
