    Sloppy work and empty promises. Whatever you do, DON’T USE RE-DECK for your outdoor epoxy work. We had them apply an epoxy coating to our inground pool deck 3 years ago, Oct 2021, as means to make the concrete look nicer while also stressing the importance of having a non-slippery surface. Immediately they had to return to drill out the holes for our pool ladder handles, basketball hoop, and skimmer cover because those were filled with epoxy and completely sealed shut. They also immediately needed to re-do the cut lines as the coating was very uneven plus looking like what I described as an ant hill appearance. The overall look of the job revealed uneven top coating and visible roller marks. The coating itself is so ridiculously rough, that it is necessary to wear shoes to walk on it; barefoot walking around the pool has become risky business for maintaining intact skin! If you were to fall or even scrape a toe, you would be instantly bleeding. Furthermore, the little speckles in the coating are constantly sheering off and getting everywhere—stuck to feet/shoes, on the pool cover, and inside the pool (which is no good for a pool liner). Dirt and debris do nothing but stick to the concrete. Upon expressing our dissatisfaction with the sloppy job that was done in addition to the fact that it just looked terrible from the start, Re-Deck informed us that they would be re-doing the entire project, and they agreed that the finished product was unacceptable. Well that was 3 years ago. They no longer will answer our phone calls, plus we really don’t trust them to come back and do the job with good quality anyways. We have now hired a different company who has worked well with us brainstorming our various options for fixing this maddening disaster.

    Redeck of Northwest Ohio put in a new Garage Floor for us four years ago 2000. Love it at first peeled the first year. They came out and patched it waving a yellow stain where they patched. Then last year it cracked right down the middle and they do have a lifetime warranty on their floors. We’ve been working with Redeck and Lima for the last two years trying to get them to come out and repair it and they keep saying next year next week next month, they never come I just want it repaired or get my money back one of the other Just kind of sick of run around from the Redeck company in Lima, Ohio

    We contacted this place back in March 2022 regarding a repair that was needed on the garage floor they had done two years prior to that. They assured us it would be repaired. By October of 2022 still not done after numerous calls back and forth, was advised they were out of the product needed but would get to us. First part of May 2023 I was advised I was on the list to be done June 12 or perhaps earlier they were hoping. On June 10 (or so) I was advised they wouldn't be coming as they were finishing up a job first. As I continue to call the business direct it always would go to voicemail and didn't even identify the business. The last time I called (July 5th) and got no answer within 2 hours ***** called me directed and said the business had notified him of my call. He advised they were in the middle of a job that was very time consuming but as soon as it was done, were would be next and not moved down the line any further. Through some investigating on my part I determined that job has been completed....and here we still sit with no rescheduled date.

    We provide a 10 Year Warranty with our flake floors that we install. We honor and stand behind our work 100% and this job will be repaired and completed by our crew ASAP as we are running one crew right now and the job they are on is actually still going as there has been moisture issues that had to be mitigated to complete the job. Yes! We will honor this warranty as we do all others if an issue arises. We do not put one customer in front of another and keep them in order to keep everything fair. to each customer. The repairs have been given to the crew and materials supplied. The only delay is the current open job to be able to move to the next. Thank you for your understanding. We will call when we are approximately 3 days from your job start.

    Per our conversation on 8-25-2023 regarding ReDeck of Lima.

    I would like to request this be followed up on further.  Yes I did receive a letter signed by *****************-owner dated 8-3-2023, however we were also advised by the Sales Rep ***** they would get to us soon and we would not be moved down the line.

    Are you serious, this repair was originally scheduled for 6-12-2023 for a repair that we contacted them about in March 2022.  Never seen them in 2022 come do the repair and now here we are a year + later and no repair.  Apparently they are not servicing customers or this would have been done by now in our opinion.  We understand they had some issues with a business floor and we understand the importance of repairing that, however that job is complete and has been for sometime.
    As of today 8-26-2023 nobody has contacted us further to follow up and schedule a repair date.  

    Final note if ReDeck would care to refund us some money we will find someone to serve us better and more timely.  We have already reached out to other such businesses who would be happy to help us.  To bad ReDeck isn't so happy to help us.

    We contracted with this Elite Concrete Creations (AKA Re-Deck) to install a gold mica flake covering on our porch and patio. This was done in the late fall in 2018. Within a few months the flake started to come off. It was in our house, the bushes and the neighboring yards. In April 2022 we spoke with the sales person who sold us the job. He presented to our property and agreed that the job was poorly done and assured us that they would fix and repair the job. He also took measurements of our garage to provide a quote to surface the garage, after 8 weeks we heard nothing. We had a large event coming up so we contracted with another company who had to entirely remove the previous companies work to complete the job correctly. We have never met the owner of this company and they refuse to communicate with us or make the situation correct. We have since heard from other customers of Elite who have had similar problems and complaints. This company has quite a reputation of ghastly customer service and in fact their BBB accreditation has been revoked.

    I gave ReDeck a deposit of $1260.00 in November of last year to have a coating put on my porch. They still have not done the job and I want my money back!
