  We contracted with this company to resurface all of our outdoor concrete 3/2022 and we put 1/2 payment down at that time. We patiently waited till spring 2023 for the job to be scheduled. After complaining about not being on their schedule, the owner and his secretary came to our home and applied a new surface topcoat 6/2023. Within 2 weeks, the sealant failed. The sales rep was out fall of 2023 and took pictures; the ******* came and took pictures in the early spring of 2024. There has been no action or even follow-up communication from the company or owner. In frustration, I took to social media 6/2024 and recommended consumers to not do business with this company. Within a few hours, the owner called me and said that because I defamed him and his company, my warranty was no longer any good. I have now filed a consumer complaint with the Ohio **************************

Beautiful is an understatement….Joe has worked closely with myself Leslie Schuh-Salon owner to create a vision of uniqueness that is like no other in this area. 100% pleased. 10 stars of greatness for this company ????????????????????

  I had Jason and his crew coat my garage floor and front porch. My garage floor was stained so bad, no matter what I tried to clean it with, nothing worked. My front porch was very pitted. A neighbor showed me her porch and sidewalk. It was beautiful. She gave me Jason's number. I called in late August and he came right up and brought samples and gave me a very reasonable price. His crew was very friendly and extremely professional. Their work is superior. I absolutely love the look of the garage floor and porch. We live in a condo association and all the neighbors love it. I would recommend Jason and Re-Deck of Northwest Ohio to anyone.

  This past year our community used ReDeck to clean and recoated our indoor swimming pool deck walking surfaces. The staff that Jason Neil provided to complete our job was very knowledgeable and quality minded to provide us with a high quality job. Many of our community homeowners made many comments on how nice our pool now looked since the resurfacing. We will continue to use ReDeck in the future for all requirements. Thanks ReDeck!

  Wow I am amazed with how my garage floor and porch floor turned out! I highly recommend re-deck! Their team did an excellent job and kept in the steps of doing the work. Very happy with how it turned out thank you!

  2 years ago Re-Deck did our pool deck. The day they finished we called immediately and told them it looked terrible. I asked *** the owner to come out and look at it. He didnt have time and to this day has never been to our house to see the work his company did. He did send someone else out and they said it was "the worst job they have ever done". Blamed it on bad weather and product. The workmanship was the problem. They said they would redo it. Went a whole year nothing done. They said they called end of season 2021. No message was left. I missed the call. When I am wrong I will admit it. I didnt see that they had called. At that point pool was closed and nothing could have been done it was end of that season. Fast forward to beginning this season. We wanted to see some decks they had on their website to pick something different because ours was so slippery and didnt look anything like what we were shown so we wanted to see in person. We sent them many pictures but it never happened. They did send us to a couple places that were not what we asked to see. We were not impressed. On June 16th this year 2022 we gave them a list of things we wanted them to agree on moving forward. They decided to give us our deposit of $5000 back but said checks were written on the 15th of the month so it would be July 15th. July 15th we were told the check was cut. Still today no check. Another contractor gave an an estimate of $22,000 to take off and fix deck. $10,000 just to take off the "stuff" Re-Deck had put on. We just want to be done with all this. We understand no one to perfect whether it be product, weather, or just bad workmanship. Just own up to it and do what you said you were going to do. Give us the check that was already cut!!
