I have been banking with them since I was just graduating high-school. The past several months they have been making multiple mistakes and when u call u have to speak to someone from a different branch. They charge fees for things they did not do most recently and when I proved they did they still refused to refund the fees. They have made other errors as well with my mom and sisters accounts too. Hate to change all my stuff around since I have been there so long but looks like I have no option but to get away from them.

While at work today I received a notification that $300 was removed from my account in person at the local branch. I knew this was a mistake because I am the only person on the account and I have ID verification required. I tried to call only to be put in a queue multiple times. When I was finally able to talk to someone, they told me that a person named **** signed on my account and withdrew money in person from the Kibby Street branch. I was told I could possibly get a call back by the head teller before the branch closed at 5pm. Unsure of what was going on with my account I went to the branch in person. I spoke with a branch manager, who explained that there was an apparent keying error by the teller, and that the funds would be replaced. I questioned how this could happen in the first place, because my account required identification. They continued to make excuses for the teller, but if I had not been watching my account, I would not have seen this and the money would’ve been lost. They did not take my case seriously and treated me like it was no big deal maybe to them it wasn’t, but it was my money. Throughout this whole matter I did not feel like I was treated like a valued customer. I plan to look for another financial institution to do business with. In summary, the teller did not follow the instructions to verify the ID, they gave my money and a receipt with my account balance to a stranger. In a world where fraud is very common. The last place I would’ve expected this to happen is in the lobby of a bank with an account that had ID verification on it. The bank failed on multiple levels here, and only wanted to make excuses instead of taking the blame that they messed up.
