    The date the hotel was booked for was 05/03/2025, $68.76 was paid for the room. The room was advertised to look nice online, and The reviews on the booking sight were good. But upon arrival I noticed the building wasnt the same as advertised in the photos and upon checking into the room I noticed there was mold all over the ceiling and in the bathroom. The bed covers were torn and tattered, there was hair and dirt in the bathroom, the floor had not been vaccuumed in the main area and so it was covered in particles of dirt, hair and food crumbs. The walls were covered in stains and dirt. The room had a foul smell and was hard to breathe in presumably from all of the mold that was around. The curtains were also tattered and messed up as if someone just tossed them around. I immediately left and asked for a refund for the room because I was not going to stay and was told I need to speak to the manager on Monday. I waited until Monday to call the manager, they were extremely rude, told me no refunds and hung up on me. After calling back and letting them know how unprofessional the situation was they proceeded to hang up on me again, refusing to give a refund despite not providing anything saying no refunds would be provided.

     To assist in reaching a resolution, Ive informed the propertys general manager of the situation. The general manager will contact the guest on or before May 9, 2025.  As a company, were committed to delivering a great experience with every stay with us.
