  Allstate Exteriors was the worst contracting company I have ever worked with. The best thing I can say about this experience is that the roofwork and materials used are acceptable.
  We were promised a PREMIUM EXPERIENCE with a very convincing power point presentation, the cost being a bit higher to match said experience. What we received was multiple broken promises of timelines, multiple crews who were unclear on the instructions and who had NO ONE who spoke english or spanish effectively enough to communicate (I tried both languages with multiple workers), and a mess left around the property.
  The crews would show up randomly and just start banging on the roof, if I was lucky I'd know the day but never the time. Once it was 4PM, another it was 6AM. There was never an easy way to get in contact with anyone to verify, in fact it was never easy to get in contact with anyone at Allstate Exteriors about anything.
  Originally I was promised it would all be done 100% in one day, confirmed with multiple people. It took about a full month instead because they cut a vent in randomly over an inaccessible part of the roof, despite me confirming in both english and spanish minutes prior the actual location it was supposed to be in, which they then had to send another crew out to repair.
  They also destroyed the gutters around the edge of the roof and no effort was made to repair them.
  Eventually (weeks after the work was done) one of the managers had to come out and clean up the bulk materials but the workers left hundreds of nails, piles of food garbage, and cigarette butts all over.
  They were unable to provide an itemized bill for the work and materials actually used and I was told "the system doesn't allow them to generate one" when I pressed for it.
  Overall I am incredibly disappointed. I paid a premium price for an acceptable roof and horrible customer service. I would not recommend Allstate Exteriors and regret my decision to hire them.

  Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. I believe that we have since closed out your project and come to a mutual agreement by revisiting your home, dong additional clean up, etc.
  
  However, I'm extremely sorry to hear about your negative experience with Allstate Exteriors. We strive to provide our customers with a premium experience, and it's concerning to hear that we failed to deliver on that promise in your case.
  
  It's disheartening to learn that our communication fell short, causing confusion and frustration with the scheduling and work process. We understand that a roofing project can be disruptive and we want to make it as seamless as possible for our customers. Additionally, we apologize for the language barrier with the crew and the resulting miscommunication.
  
  We also apologize for the mess left on your property after the work was completed. It's not our standard practice to leave nails, food waste, and cigarette butts on our customers' property. We have since taken additional steps to ensure that our crews leave the property clean and tidy after completing a job.
  
  Regarding the issue with the gutters and the itemized bill, we apologize for any inconvenience caused. We will work to rectify these issues and ensure that our customers receive transparent and accurate information about their roofing project.
  
  Again, I'm extremely sorry that the experience we provided you with wasn't the experience that we strive to give customers. At this point, we've had an opportunity to learn from this and work to create a better customer journey.

  This company is AMAZING. They are preferred platinum contractors because they excel in every way. Our roof was destroyed by Hurricane Ian and despite all the chaos this company made us feel like we were their only customer!
  Austin is fantastic in every way. He's a true expert in all aspects of roofing, works so hard and diligently and he's trustworthy. We hired Allstate to install a new steel roof (tired of replacing tile) and with Austin on the job we know it will be perfect. Thanks to Allstate and Austin for being there for our family. I'm giving Allstate a 5 star rating but I would give them 10 stars if I could!

  Went with Allstate exteriors as they had a 50 year warranty. Was told it was first 25 years labor free and the second 25 would be pro-rated, this was for roof and siding. With the recent wind here in Ohio, a portion of my fascia blew off. Now they are saying that fascia is not included in the warranty (Today I was informed it was 2 years only). I was also advised that the siding warranty is not what they told me during the sales pitch. During sales pitch it was told 50 year and the first 25 years were labor/material free PLEASE READ the warranty pages as they are clearly known to bait and switch regarding their services(warranty). Buyer beware! However the crews that were used for installation were amazing and very professional. I hope the quality of the siding and shingles outperform their sales.

  I'm sorry to hear about your negative experience with us. It sounds like there was some miscommunication regarding the specifics of our warranty, which is never a good thing. While it's good to hear that our crews for installation were professional and efficient, it's disappointing that the warranty didn't meet your expectations. We have specific product warranties that are in accordance with what those manufacturers offer, and then we have an in house warranty (which is separate) on other work like fascia and soffit.   I contacted Allstate Exteriors in Ohio on 7 October when I noticed water stains on our ceiling as a result of Hurricane Ian. Approximately 2 hours later I was contacted by the Allstate Exteriors General Manager for Florida, Rick Fritz asking me what was going on. He said he remembered me from having a new roof in Jan 2022. I told him about the leak and he said he would have a man at my house the next morning NLT 0800.
  
  At 0745 Dave Dravies arrived and went up in the attic and quickly identified the problem area and said it could be one of two things-flashing or shingles that had been ripped off during the hurricane. Either way, Allstate was going to fix the problem free of charge. He told me Rick requested and received several roofers from their Ohio office and they would send their senior man out the next day to identify specifically what the problem was and immediately fix it.
  
  Moses arrived at 0810, went up in the attic, identified the problem area, sprayed the area with a solution to prevent mold, moved the insulation away from the damaged ceiling as the dry wall would have to be cut out and replace and then went on the roof. He spent approximately 3 hours on the roof repairing the problem area and was done.
  
  All of this happened in 3 days due to the leadership and foreword thinking of Rick Fritz. He knew Allstate in Florida was going to need every man the Ohio office could spare, and he immediately requested them. He’s also hired some first rate, customer service-oriented employees like Dave Dravies. Finally, his entire team understood his intent – take care of previous customers followed immediately by the hundreds of people seeking assistance with their damaged roof.
  
  Our son lives in Cape Coral, he sustained significant damage to his roof and is now high up on the Allstate Exteriors work list because I’m an existing customer.

  I would not use this company as it took 6 months to complete job fully . Communication with us and staff was non existent . For the price it should have been correct on the first try. Roof took 6 months with several times of them showing up to fix. We had to call constantly to get answers. Highly do not recommend.

  There are not enough stars for the rating I want to give. This is the BEST company out there. Cooper came out to give me an estimate and was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable!! I had an insurance claim and then decided to have my roof and gutters replaced also. The process was made so easy for me! And you can't beat their prices!!! The crews that completed the work were AMAZING!! Anyone that needs work completed on their home...contact Allstate Exteriors!
