      Rick provided the highest level of customer service by providing prompt accurate responses!! My roof was removed and replaced within a weeks time!! Awesome job!!

      I would like to thank you for your time and estimate for our roof. It was one of the best presentations we have seen. And the video of the damage to the roof was nice to see. It showed how bad it was and you explained every place it was blistered and what was needed to take care of the problem. You did a thorough job with how it would be replaced and what was needed. I would recommend your company to anyone. Daniel should be proud of his presentation of your company to us. It wasn't a quick review and rush job. He explained it in depth and answered all our questions. It showed us he believed in your company and proud of the product you had to offer.
      Unfortunately, we have decided to go with another company. More in our price range without having to borrow.

      This was not a good experience for us. We were promised a professional roofing job and got a sub par job. Once you sign the papers everything goes down hill. It was a total shit show. I will not recommend this company to anyone.

      Working with Allstate was good at the beginning, until it wasn’t. First they asked for all of the money upfront. We were not comfortable with that so we paid $12,981.88. Then when the job started we paid another $9,000. The remaining balance was $3,981.88. We had to call them back several times to fix work including a sharp metal piece that my children could have gotten cut on. They did remedy all of our concerns, however, we had a surplus of material. When we called them to resolve this and ask for and itemized invoice, they could not give that to us except for a hover report with no dollar amounts and only indicated what “should” have been ordered. And they had no idea when the crew came or left and communication was extremely lacking/non existent because of a language barrier. It took 10 boxes to complete our house, yet we still have 8 boxes remaining including a whole roll of house wrap. When we explained we wanted a credit because of the extreme excess of material, they said they paid for it and it was theirs to take off our property. They said they would be getting credit as a company, but me as a consumer who paid for the job would get nothing. We told them we were not paying the remaining balance of $3,981.88 until this matter was resolved because it seems as if they had enough surplus to do another whole job. They told us if we did not pay immediately that it would be a refusal to pay and they would still come remove the materials even after we requested them to not come on our property until this matter was resolved. We went ahead and paid the final balance to remain in good standing with the contract, however we still feel this is predatory and deceptive business practices and we are owed money for the materials that will be credited back to the company. We were told by Daniel (sales person) the down payment was for the materials, then on the backend we are told they bought it and it was theirs to be credited. Something is not adding up.

      Great family run company!! They have a new location in Palm Bay and they are amazing. Anne H came to my assistance and was a cornucopia of information explaining the insurance process. It was refreshing to have such a professional who took her time and didn’t disparage the insurance companies. Very impressed with this young lady. Smiley and friendly, she made the experience a true pleasure and most importantly, made sure I got a premium roof for just the cost of my deductible. Her attention to detail was incredible. Thanks Allstate!

      Allstate roofing of Cape Coral did a fantastic job, I would reccomend them to any one. They were timely neat and the price was very reasonable.

      No communication whatsoever! Cancelled my roof as result. Now they are refusing to talk to me about the refund of $1800 I put down. I’ve called numerous times only to be told I’d get call back.. never have called me. Buyer beware!

      Allstate Exteriors did my parents roof. It’s a big house so it took a couple days. They set up nets and tarps around the whole house to catch the shingles and nails and had guys cleaning the whole time. My mom loves the color.

      Roof is acceptable, but expected the best of the best and we are now left with a sickening feeling and a continued lack of trust with this company. They have a great PowerPoint presentation and are very responsive and accommodating to get you to commit.
      We were “ok” paying more because we truly thought we were getting the very best.
      We had to micromanage the workers by sending neighbors to tell them what to do and not to do, bc they showed up unannounced and the job was not clearly communicated to the non English speaking workers, which made it even harder to communicate what we wanted/needed. Thankfully we have cameras to see what was happening. We also got the lovely gift of seeing the workers peeing in various places around our home, left with their food trash, broken landscape items, and an excessive amount of nails/staples/screws and other materials were left to clean up. We even
      ended up purchasing a roller magnet. We were also being handled by several project managers, and when the final inspection was being completed, he didn’t even bring a ladder? Scratching my head…had a truck, knew he was inspecting our roof, but did not bring a ladder? What am I missing here?
      The other huge piece was lack of simple communication. Now we dealing with “I’m sorry this is happening/happened, but there’s nothing we can do,” well there’s a lot you can do, make it right and make your customer happy and feel better. Customer service is key, and I do not know how they have an A+ BBB rating.
      I hope they get their priorities in check to prevent others from going through and feeling like we do. This is unnecessary stress nobody needs.
      I’m hoping my faith in humanity and doing the right thing prevails in this situation, as we are still dealing with getting our drip edge concerns addressed, lack of clean up, overall disrespect for our property and not getting what we pd for, per the beautiful misleading PowerPoint.
      The only positive, the materials seem to be good quality
