We love the new sun room addition built by Patio Enclosures. It is solid, very well insulated, and everything opens and closes extremely smoothly. We were prepared for the delays that are encountered with any construction project this day in age, patience paid off big time. **** and ***** did most of the construction project, and did a solid job. Responded immediately to questions and made sure everything was just right. ****** ****** and *** did a bang up job on bringing the deck up to snuff. Everyone working for Great Day Improvements, Patio Enclosures busted their a@@!! ****** did a great job answering our questions and scheduling the project, which was no small achievement. ************************** is very poor with this company! The *************** were very good, but the project was handled poorly! They didn't have all the material in to start my install, but forced me to start the install a week.earlier than I had planned on it & was not communicated to me until the day before they showed up!Great Day Improvements, LLC

We sincerely apologize for your experience not being what we would hope for. Many issues have arisen the past year including supply-chain & labor shortages, as well as exponential growth within our company. Many of these things have led to delays, staffing changes, and longer wait times. But it doesn't excuse the fact that the management in your company did not reach out to me after calling several times & just pushed the installation on me when it wasn't scheduled! Our patio enclosure project was done flawlessly by two skilled and detail-oriented carpenters. My wife and I couldn't be happier. I rebuilt 3 homes over the years and got rid of all my tools so was in no position to tackle this. To be candid - I couldn't have done better! Bad company! Once Job is sold there is no communication with the customer. Had deck lumber for the 3 season room delivered and put in the middle of our driveway with no delivery notice. We were given start dates for the construction to begin 3 diferent times with a no show each time . And we took off from appointments to be present and they were a no show. when they did show up to start the construction they first got to the job at 10:30 am. They never got to the job before 10:30 am and worked about 6 hours. The job that we were told would take 4 days is now going on 2 weeks. They were always short of material and had to return to their shop each time to get the parts which took an average of 2 hours of wasted job time. They also built the stairs to the deck in the wrong location. As of this date we still have no start or completion dates for the room.Great Day Improvements, LLC

First Class experience. Had positive ideas from both the salesman AND *** the installer/builder of my enclosure! *** the builder was very precise in his build and design. He measured twice and made necessary correction to make the build proper! *** was Very professional and took pride in his work. Something you rarely see these days. *****, the office manager of Great Day Improvements, always kept us in the loop on permit and building supply issues. Great communications with ***** in the loop. She also was dependable on getting messages and requests to company management and the builder. First class service all-around. Can't be happier with my enclosure and the build process with Patio Enclosure and Great Day Improvements.Great Day Improvements, LLC

They do not honor warranties. They own Stanek Windows. I bought Stanek windows, and one of my windows spontaneously shattered, and they refuse to honor the **** TIME warranty that came with the windows when I purchased them. Per the saleman, the warranty covered ANY type of breakage, and the warranty was transferable to a new owner. I am the ORIGINAL woner. When you BUY an existing company, and manufacture the same products, under the name of that company, you need to HONOR the warranty provided to the previous clients of that comapny who bought products. oh, you can't afford that? Then don't buy the name and reputation, earn your own. The windows are hurricane impact resistant to 150 mph. Ther rep tried to convince me that tapping the window with a broom stick could have weakend them enough so that it eventually shattered. LOL!!!!! Do you think I'm an idiot? I told her that was COMPLETE BS! The demonstration of these windows at the home show where we originally met the sales rep included them throwing 2x4's at the windows at high force not breaking the glass. Nothing has ever hit the glass. The patio door is under a covered porch, and no one mows in that area. So a broom stick tapping the window could have broken it? And the glass exploded outwards, not inwards, and the inner pane and solar film are undamaged. The glass basically exploded on it's own. Obviously some type of defect in the impact resistant hurricane rated glass. The company needs to honor the warranties provided to customers who bought this product, whether they bought them before or after your acquisition.Great Day Improvements, LLC

Additionally, Great Day Improvements never opened/operated a ****** Windows location in the ****************. That said, we understand and recognize the challenges of warranty loss. This business is terrible ,stay away,salesman lied to us and little communication from office ,took my deposit and gave me a contract only to say salesman made mistake and wanted $9000 more for job even though I had a signed contract and gave them deposit ,salesman called me and said he would eat cost difference ,so I went ahead and got permit items only to be called twp weeks later and informed they were cancelling on me because of engineering mistake that same salesman made ( really cost had nothing to do with it )scam company with inept salesteamGreat Day Improvements, LLC

Our design consultants go through a rigorous training program and spend months learning about our products and all the construction variables they will face when quoting projects in the home. While we do everything we can to prepare them, errors do happen from time-to-time. We, again, apologize for the errors made with your project. BUYER BEWARE! Please DO NOT use this company for any home improvement needs. We made the mistake of hiring them in October 2021 for building a solarium at our home. We were given a 2-3 month estimate by sales person ***************** based on which we were expecting a Jan/Feb completion. It is July 15th today and the project has still not been completed. Along the way the construction folks essentially destroyed our grass in the back yard which when I made them aware about I was told that "someone:" would reach out to help fix. Not one ever did. We have not been able to hold a single family event in that space as pieces of glass are still missing with ZERO information. I have sent at least 20 emails to ***************************** who is supposed to my contact but they just completely ignore us. At the same time our we are paying interest on our loan. Only option we have at this time is to hire a lawyer.Great Day Improvements, LLC

Patio Enclosures was an absolute pleasure to work with.From the start, the salesman **** listened to my ideas, answered my questions, and pointed out things that I hadn't considered.The manager *******, was amazing with coordinating and setting up the work schedule, she is a ****************** is the key to a successful business, and this lady has got it.The installer **** was fantastic. Being we had an old screened in porch, he paid attention to the design and incorporated the installation into the existing arch. It looks wonderful. He was on time, and each day he cleaned up after he was done. He was an incredibly nice and polite guy. In today's world where quality, experience, efficiency, and integrity, have gone to the wayside, this company and their staff have shown me that those wonderful qualities still exist....with Patio Enclosures.We love our remodeled porch!THANK YOU!Great Day Improvements, LLC
