I have been dealing with trying to get my patio enclosure fixed for two years now. When I email or call no one responds. I have not been able to enjoy it due to the ceiling continuing to leak. The last time they came out, the fixers left without even checking in with me. I have dents and scratches that happened during installation. The reply I received was a shoulder shrug and that happens . Totally unacceptable! I have been emailing and calling since April! I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. They told me they would be available for any issues I have. NOT TRUE! All I want is for the issues to be addressed or for them to remove the whole thing!Great Day Improvements, LLC

Many issues have arisen the past year including supply-chain & labor shortages, as well as exponential growth within our company. Many of these things have led to delays, staffing changes, and longer wait times. We hired patio enclosures in April. One of our first questions, do you have your own installers. We were told yes.. the second week of May subs from Great Day Construction showed up. They tore out the existing screened porch, threw the trash in the yard and left. They were maybe here two hours. We senior citizens pick up the trash and piled it in the drive as our mowers had arrived. Day two they started the installation, two more subcontractors arrived. The job was not right! They would not or could not addressour concerns. Upon their completion they argued on my front lawn using foul language that my neighbors two houses away could hear as I was sitting outside with them. Someone came to access our complaints, it was torn out and a more experienced installer was sent to reassemble. When materials are reused there tends to be problems from the initial installation, s**** holes that are visible, scratches ect. May I also add that our carpet was cut away in several places. The girl who was working on this particular project told us after she did it. What were we to say? Now we are replacing carpet. We have damage to our existing siding, they are not responsible its in the contract. We are at the end of seven weeks and not completed. Throughout the entire process we were treated as second class citizens and even told our house is not the *********. I ask you is this a upstanding business? I think not.Great Day Improvements, LLC

An excellent experience with Patio Enclosures. The entire team was was always ahead of me---Savaughn would call and give me updates on the manufacturing process, ******* kept me abreast on the financial end and the installers, ***** and ********************* were wonderful!! We had a great experience with Patio Enclosures and their high quality product. We had ************** enclosed with and 8x10 3 season room on one end and the remainder a screened in porch. Their construction crew did a great job and worked steadily all day to complete the project. And they cleaned up afterwards!Great Day Improvements, LLC

Terrible experience. Do not recommend Stanek. We are waiting at home for the 10:00-12:00 appointment and have a no show and no call. This is to replace a window that never worked since our installation in February 2021. Our windows do not work well and are supposed to be adjusted as well. But once again, service is missing. I have a list of other issues that were a part of this disaster. We do not recommend using this company for windows.Great Day Improvements, LLC

The words of apology ring completely hollow. I asked for a call from senior management. No call. Some guy named **** did a follow up call on **** and promised to call on July 5 to set up a visit to see for himself. Funny. I did not realize he meant July of 2023. We have not heard from him. But someone named ***** called a few weeks ago and said she was checking back from our 2021 issues and was not sure if anyone ever followed up. My view is this is a terrible company with even worse upper management. They clearly do not care. We are now looking for a full refund and probably damages. My project is still not complete. The damaged screen door has not been delivered and the correction on the doggy door panel has not been made. My experience since the installation has begun has been terrible. day one of installation- 75 percent of panels were ordered. Had to reschedule installation after panels were ordered and received. next installation date- screen door is bent, screen is damaged, framing is damaged, doggy door not cut to asked height next installation date- installers ************** discrepancies and complain to my wife. they bend metal rather than replace damaged parts, they cut the doggy door wrong again. I am still waiting for the screen door the panel replacement for the doggy door. I am also waiting to hear how or if the damaged framing will be repaired.Great Day Improvements, LLC
